Absolutely delighted with our new back door ! Brendan & Josh from Lothian Glass arrived on time and have done a fantastic job, and left our property immaculate! We’d expected to have to do some remedial decoration round the door but it all looks perfect. We’ll definitely use them again in the future.

Their surveying and sales team were extremely knowledgeable flagging up issues that other double glazing companies had not and making a number of checks and changes to the quotes as I changed my mind going through everything in good humour and (for Elliot) at the very end of the day.

The installation team, Brendan and Josh, were fab. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely tidy (and managed to remove the old windows with very little damage to my very old (and hollow sounding/unstable) plaster which was a real bonus as it is saving me a fortune with the builders who are renovating my house. When I had some slippage, I reported it to the office team and Brendan and Josh popped back on the same day as reporting it to get the issue fixed for me. It is a real bonus going with a trusted local firm.

In addition, Tracey in the finance team tirelessly helped me with numerous reworking of the receipt at the request of my loan funders and was on hand for further queries. It was much appreciated.

Cannot overstate how reliable and excellent their service was - a true credit to their company. Nor how lovely and warm my house is now that triple glazing has replaced the previous single glazing. Thanks all so much!

Kaz & Mark the window installation team were very friendly and professional the way they carried out their work, they done an excellent job and it was apparent they took pride in their work. When the work was completed they spent time cleaning up the area they had been working in leaving it clean and tidy. Was very impressed with the high level of service and would highly recommend.

Really good service from Lothian Glass this week. Ben and Cammy turned up every day on time and did an incredible amount of work. They went that extra mile and nothing was too much bother. Every day they advised what they would be doing for the day. They also completely tidied everything up at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Lothian Glass to anyone in the future

We’ve recently had a couple of misted panes replaced in our garden room by Mark from Lothian Glass and would highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced and Mark has done a great job. Very friendly and professional.

From first enquiry to measuring up and final fitting the process could not have been easier.
Craig and Nathan did a great job replacing the sealed units.

All very easy, Louise who deals with bookings was very attentive and I was booked in very quickly . Craig who came to install the window was very punctual, and polite , he called to see if he could come a little earlier than planned, which really suited me.
I’m very pleased with the whole process and will be using Lothian Glass again .

Brendon and Josh done a great job fitting 3 windows for me. Arrived prompt, got straight on with the work, had the old windows out in no time and by the end of the day the new windows were installed and sealed. They finished up the job on the second day, cleaned up after themselves and reinstalled all the blinds. Very good experience and professional job. Fingers crossed the new windows now keep the house much warmer than before.
