It is a very clean and comfy hotel
It is a very clean and comfy hotel. Only thing we were disappointed, In the description in Hotel.com, it was stating No window for the rooms which doesn't have window but when I booked the one which doesn't mention No Window comment, we still got No Window at the front desk. Why they gave No window room instead of window rooms

Kinda expensive for this motel
Kinda expensive for this motel, in serious need updates....didnt like the mold on the grout in the shower. Only provided 2 small towels & 1 facecloth for 2 people & only supplied 2 bars of soap, nothing else.
Front desk lady matter of fact, not very warm or friendly.
Would only stay here again if nothing else available

Your company rips people off
Your company rips people off. The rate at the hotel was$550 for 2 nights and YOU charged me $777.a total rip off Secondly ,there was no Available mechanism to cancel the reservation....Expedia has one inplace BUT YOU don't.I would Never recommend your site In fact I may even launch a consumer's review of your org.

Beware of outrageous fees when booking apartments on hotels.com
Please be careful when booking independently owned appartments.. I just found one in downtown Montreal on hotels.com, located at 1099 Anderson St. It charges in addition to the nightly rental and taxes: 100$ property fee and $122 cleaning fee plus 23$ on the actual fees. This totals well over $400. Plus one does not have the safety and security that large hotels offer to customers. What irks me is why hotels.com permits such financial abuse of travellers.
