Impressed with follow up customer service following an initially disappointing experience
I initially had a bad experience where I ordered uniform including a blazer for my son who starts Reception in September which turned up with an unfinished logo.
I complained and Brigade assured me that all items are new and advised me to cut the unfinished thread myself - missing the point that the logo didn’t appear finished underneath. They offered a partial refund which I wasn’t happy with, I asked for a return and full refund which they did honour. I sent back the blazer and I was told my refund would arrive but I had to allow “up to 7 working days”. It took quite a bit longer than this to receive a refund, but it has now reached my account. On the 7th working day I asked to be contacted by phone - and Elle was very helpful, genuinely apologetic and organised a replacement blazer and even sent my son a pack of chocolate inside the new parcel. She turned the situation around from an initially bad experience to one that has left me much more satisfied. Thank you Elle

Our Customer Service team aims to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, usually much sooner. We did respond to your emails and offered options to help resolve the matter, and we have now spoken with you directly to discuss your concerns further.
A replacement blazer has now been arranged and we will continue to keep you updated via email throughout the process.

Lovely costumer service
I needed to contact the company as my order came incomplete. From the first moment, Elle was very lovely and explained to me that the school had decided to discontinue an item but then she also said that after spoken to them they would be sending a replacement bag. I know her job is to help costumers but she was very polite, lovely and actually, very helpful. They are sending me a replacement bag and refunding the difference of the price. Thank you ☺️

Excellent Customer Service
I want to give a huge shoutout to the Brigade Clothing Customer Support team, especially Cindy. My daughter’s school uniform was stolen from our porch, and even though the delivery deadline for the new term in September had passed, Cindy arranged a fast-track, free replacement for us. The service was incredibly prompt, courteous, and fast. I couldn't be more grateful for their help!

Levers hoodie have a appalling system which doesn't work
I am writing as a child with a negative experience of brigade school uniform company. Today, I was informed that my name was left out on a levers hoodie (all of them)and my name was clearly there on the list with the other 25.I feel very left out and sorry for anyone else who have had this irritating event happen to them with the company this completely ruined my day and just keep in mind that we are all humans and mistakes happen but this one is a gigantic one which is absolutely unacceptable.I have been at the school since I was 3 so it is heartbreaking to see me not included in the class . right now I feel like a ghost witch has sat at the back of the class for all these years . I can't see someone else's heart break because of this experience I need my issue to be sorted out now !

Great team
I order through school to buy extra spare uniform for our stock and i must say that all the staff at Brigade are 100% supportive and bend over backwards to help beyond their requirements.

Leavers hoodie
Leavers hoodie, Poorly made! Not sure how the printing will last in the wash ! The size is very interesting 🧐 so if ordering go a lot bigger as we now have a very distraught yr 6 child who’s hoodie won’t last her 2 months 🥲

I experienced a delay with my delivery
I experienced a delay with my delivery, and after reaching out to the company, they discovered the courier had likely lost the parcel. While the delivery hitch was annoying, the customer service was great. They were incredibly polite, and immediately dispatched a replacement order as a priority. I highly appreciate how quickly I received my order after reaching out.

Fantastic customer service from Elle
Having ordered and received a leavers hoodie for my son in year 6, found that the hoodie didn’t fit and had a very unhappy son. I contacted customer services and had a reply from Elle who opened the link online so I could reorder a bigger size. I also sent the hoodie back to them as it didn’t measure up to the dims and they confirmed it was too short, and issued a refund. Elle was fantastic, was very prompt with replies and so helpful, was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Elle!
