I buy my children’s uniform from this company every year, unfortunately this year my children’s uniforms was lost in transit with evri. I contacted both brigade and evri and the customer service I’ve received by both ELLE AND CINDY has been nothing but fantastic!! The communication was so speedy and they resolved the issue and sent out a replacement of my order using a different courier service for next day! I was really worrying about my children being without their logo uniforms but they was reassuring from the get go and given nothing but amazing customer service 🩷 ELLIE AND CINDY ARE REALLY A CREDIT TO YOUR TEAM! thank you so much both of you!! Having ordered my son’s uniform after the guaranteed delivery date, the team at brigade communicated with me and worked hard to get my order produced and out for delivery before the start of the new term!

If I could have chosen 0 stars I would! The size guide is inaccurate and misleading. Rather than using age ranges for the jumpers, the website only provides measurements. I carefully measured a jumper that currently fits my child and deliberately ordered a larger size to allow room for growth. However, when the jumper arrived, it was significantly smaller than expected.

I then attempted to contact the company to arrange a quick exchange, but they don't speak to customers, which is terrible customer service... Essentially the parents ARE the customer!

When I emailed instead, asking a simple request to drive to the Coventry depot and swap the jumper for a larger size. I was advised that I would need to process the return through the website. The turnaround time for this process is unacceptable. If you are operating an online shop, customers should reasonably expect a much faster and more efficient service.

My son starts school in two weeks, and based on the lead times provided, the replacement jumper will not arrive in time. To make matters worse, there are no alternative retailers available for me to purchase this uniform from.

I will be raising these concerns directly with the school, as I strongly believe they should review whether this supplier is providing an acceptable level of service to parents. A straightforward solution would have been to allow me to exchange the item in person at the Coventry depot, saving time and inconvenience for everyone involved.

I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its approach in the future. Without improvements to customer service, communication, and the exchange process, I would imagine many customers will take their business elsewhere.

I had to contact Brigade Clothing to sort out some delivery issues and Cindy was amazing in helping me out! Got the redelivery sorted and received my order the following day!

Jumpers arrived but the stitching on the embroidery was missing bits. Emailed customer services and Cindy was incredibly helpful and very quick at responding. Replacements sent very quickly and the quality was excellent. Was very impressed by the speedy response. Great customer service. Thank you

The customer service was great, and the team was very helpful. The items were delivered on time, and the communication about the out-of-stock item was clearly explained by Cindy and sorted out.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Brigade Clothing after a slight mishap with a return.

Absolutely awful company, never have I ever experienced a school uniform company like it! Sizes was off so had to reorder then to be told that it won’t be here for him to start school 🤯 what company stops sending uniforms out from the 17th July!!! I wouldn’t mind but I only reordered it on the 21st July. I won’t be using this company ever again!!!! Awful!!!!!

Numerous issues with how long it takes to receive orders with very little communication from Brigade. Order arrived with 3 items missing due to them being out of stock (the website showed no sign of this when I ordered and still doesn’t show any items as out of stock). Customer service responded quickly and answered all queries wholly and professionally but now my son has to go to school on his first day with no school jumper despite me ordering before the cut off date of 17th July. And all I get told is that the items will be sent out asap.

I also had to return some items (ordered 2 sizes because I wasn’t sure what size was needed) and they didn’t confirm receipt of the return until I reached out to them.

Will be speaking to my sons school regarding this and recommending a new company to them as well.

Although my order was not completely right , it was rectified very quickly with quick responses and still in time for school to start thanks to Elle for all your quick and efficient work!

I had a few issues with courier of my delivery which wasn’t their fault the courier left my parcel outside on my doorstep But lovely lady Cindy helped me out and get help I needed she was kind and I appreciate all the help she gave me

There was a minor issue with my delivery (a damaged product was delivered by mistake), but Cindy from Customer Service took care of it swiftly. She's issuing a replacement, which is very helpful!

I have made a purchase for my child school uniform before the school holidays started for 6 weeks but having had problems with EVRI not delivering my purchase I have emailed the brigade company explaining what is happening spoken to Cindy she has been very helpful towards to me explaining what she was gonna get done etc I’m very happy with the outcome Cindy is giving me unlike EVRI they haven’t been no help at all

Very positive experience with the ordering. Had some issues with regards to sizing but the customer support received from Elle has been great. She followed up on the returns, refund and the new order without me having to chase. Really makes a difference this time of year when juggling ordering multiple uniforms. Thanks Elle 😊

I experienced some technical issues with the website when trying to make an order for my daughter’s uniform. Cindy was an absolutely fantastic help and did everything she could to help. It turns out the technical issue was on my end and she helped me to place the order correctly. Her responses were swift and it was handled with courtesy and professionalism.

I contacted Brigade because the cardigans I received were the wrong shade of blue. Cindy replied incredibly quickly, apologised straight away, and arranged replacement cardigans free of charge with no need to return the incorrect ones. 💙
