The rivets of the lace cross on the back of the apron, were all loose or Not connected anymore. I hard to replace them with skrew rivets of a much better quality by myself. This should not occure at an apron of 230€.

Auf 2 Fragen bekam ich gar keine Antwort und warte noch heute auf die Rechnung zu der Bestellung. Und die Leder- und Verarbeitungsqualität der Schürze ist gemessen am Preis wirklich sehr schlecht. Das Leder franst aus und ist nur einseitig oberflächlich gefärbt

Regarding the invoice, a printed copy is always included in the box with the shipment, and it can also be downloaded at any time through your customer portal.
As for the leather and finishing: the one-sided coloring of our aprons is actually a deliberate design choice and not a defect. Our apron leather is specially developed for us with our unique 100% stain-resistant coating, and the coloring of the leather is inherent to this process. Leather is also a natural product, which means some edges or areas can appear more rugged or textured than others — this is part of the authentic character of the material and remains visible in the apron.
It is also clearly visible in the product photos on our website that the back side of the apron is not colored. We are sorry to hear that this is not to your personal taste.

Pas op, kopers!
Ik heb op 9 december een bestelling geplaatst bij dit bedrijf. Mijn creditcard werd belast en ik ontving een e-mail met een FedEx-trackingnummer, waarin stond dat mijn pakket binnen 4-6 werkdagen zou worden bezorgd. Na 9 werkdagen controleerde ik echter de trackingstatus en kreeg ik de melding dat het nummer niet bestond.
Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen met de klantenservice via e-mail en het contactformulier op de website, maar ik kreeg geen reactie. De chatfunctie was ook niet beschikbaar; er verscheen constant de melding dat de klantenservice offline was. Op dat moment dacht ik dat ik was opgelicht vanwege het gebrek aan communicatie en de onjuiste trackinginformatie.
Uiteindelijk werd mijn pakket op 24 december bezorgd. De leerkwaliteit is erg goed en voelt ongelooflijk zacht aan. Het schort voldoet aan mijn verwachtingen, maar gezien de slechte ervaring met de klantenservice weet ik niet zeker of ik nogmaals bij dit bedrijf zou bestellen.

Experience très désagréable.
J’ai acheté deux kit de napperon en cuir, payé 75$ de transport et pourtant deux semaines plus tard, ma commande n’est toujours pas envoyé. Uniquement recu un code de tracking FedEx qui mentionne qu’ils n’ont toujours pas recu ma commande et donc impossible de me donner une date de livraison.
J’ai tenté de communiquer avec cette entreprise a trois reprise en leur demandant, en anglais comme en français si ils pouvaient me confirmer que ma commande a été expédié ou non et ne n’ai eu comme réponse qu’un message en néerlandais me demandant de donner une note a mon experience d’achat.
En ce moment j’essai de les contacter pour annuler ma commande et me faire rembourser puisque ma commande n’est toujours pas expédié…

Apron is amazing, communication and speed are horrible.
Attempted to contact them multiple times and received no reply. Ultimately I waited and waited having no idea if the apron would ever arrive. Well today it finally arrived and is beautiful. Updated from one star to four. The item deserves a five but the communication deserves a zero so I settled on four.

Achtung, nach dem Kauf keine Reaktion mehr von diesen Leuten
Wir haben eine Lederschürze gekauft. Bei der ersten hat ein Teil des Riemen gefehlt. Also zurück zum Händler. Bei der zweiten ist nach ca einem Jahr einer der Haken kaputt gegangen. Eine Kontaktaufnahme (Zwecks Reparatur oder Austausch - auch auf meine Kosten) ist nicht möglich, da sich die Leute hinter de Firma nicht melden. Sehr unseriös. Das Leder der Schürze ist sonst von guter Qualität. Das nutzt aber nicht

Dear Claudio,I’m sorry to hear you had some issues with your apron. High quality is our biggest USP and each and every item of ours is made with most love and attention to detail. Nevertheless sometimes things can break (especially metal parts, this is really out of our control). We provide our direct customers with life long guarantee on breakage, so if we will always fix this for you. Unfortunately when you have bought our items through a reseller you will also have to arrange this through the reseller. If you revert to the seller, they will pass it on to us and we will replace or fix the item for them and they will arrange this with you. We have always done this and we will always continue doing this.

Dear Stephan, our appologies for the belated reply to your review. Many of our products are shipped directly from stock, but the menu holders that you have ordered are made to order which will take 3 weeks for production (this is also mentioned in the product description). So it takes a bit for them to arrive on your side. Hope that now you have received them you like them as much as we did making them for you.
High quality and elegant items
I love the items for my table setting. I have the bottle cooler and placemats in a complimentary color. It looks very chic and elevated, perfect when hosting. I look forward to using the items for many years.

Ik had een vraag over de kleuren van de Identity Apron omdat ze op de foto (rechtop en sfeerfoto) nogal verschillen van kleur. Hier kreeg ik gelijk een helder antwoord op. Ik heb mijn bestelling geplaatst en het was precies zoals ik verwachtte.
Alles is snel geleverd en super qualiteit.

Geld der Rücksendung nie erhalten
Ich habe vor 6 Monaten einen Kochhandschuh aus Leder zurück geschickt, da er zu groß und unhandlich war. Unbenutzt, tip top, mit Sendungsnachweis. Auf meine Nachfragen reagiert nun niemand mehr (zuerst kamen noch entschuldigende Mails - man würde sich drum kümmern). Bis heute habe kein Geld zurück erhalten. 89€! Scheinbar bin ich nicht allein mit der Erfahrung. Ich warne vor diesem Geschäft!
