Vamos a ver, el programa para pasar fotos a punto de cruz es espectacular.
El problema es cuando pides hilos y no los recibes en 3 meses y tienes q comprarlos por otro lado.
Tb es un problema q no te respondan, al menos a mi. El precio de los hilos es muy bueno y de calidad,pero si en tres meses no los has recibido, te han cobrado y no te solucionan el problema...pues es una pena....tampoco debería ser tan complicado.
Vuelvo a insistir, ya llegados a este punto me da igual tener los hilos o el dinero....pero resuelvan por favor.
Se q lo leen ...solucionen esto.

Never received my order! Gave plenty of leeway for slow or late delivery but after numerous emails to no reply I'll be looking for a refund!

I’m sorry but I have been unable to get anyone to respond to my email questions about when I can expect the delivery of items ordered in early May (it’s now late June). I am not unhappy with the delay necessarily, but the utter lack or a response has me thinking I need to file a fraud report. I would not have rated pic2pay except I just got an email asking for a rating (even though they have never responded to direct questions) so, okay fine. I’ll rate.

I have not received the order, despite it appears “complete” in the website.

I placed my order on May 11th and it was delivered today, 16 days later. I was a bit worried at first when my order was not delivered within 6 days as promised and when it took Pic2Pat several days to answer my mails. That’s why I gave four stars and not five. Apart from the delay in delivery, everything is perfect and deserves five stars. The translation from my picture to a pattern is high quality. The materials (more than 200 different strands of DMC) were easy to order with just one click and the package contained everything I ordered.

I placed my order the end of April and I haven't heard anything else, except a request to review. My order hasn't arrived almost a month later, so no, not good.

Hice compras en esta tienda 2 veces. La primera vez todo perfecto, los hilos que pedí son de calidad. la segunda vez no recibí nada porque el correo me ha hecho una jugarreta: no han podido entregar el paquete y deberían haberlo guardado en la oficina durante 15 días lo cual no lo hicieron sino lo mandaron de vuelta. Escribí un correo electrónico al vendedor, me contestó en 2 días, el paquete le fue devuelto y el vendedor me devolvió el dinero. Pongo 5 estrellas porque con el vendedor no he tenido ningún problema, ha cumplido en lo que de él depende. Lo que sí podría mejorar es enviar los pedidos por el correo certificado con el número de seguimiento para evitar este tipo de situaciones.

Hacía tiempo que no realizaba punto de cruz, topé con esta web y es genial poder realizar un patrón desde una foto y encima comprar todas las madejas que se necesitan para poder finalizar el trabajo.

I have not yet received an answer to my specific question to let me know the code or tracking number of the shipment. I am confident of a prompt reply, as I have not yet received confirmation of delivery to the final recipient.

Great pattern creator and easy way to get all the materials needed. Dispatched quickly and arrived to the UK decently fast. Everything was correct and I've had great fun stitching so far.

The idea of ordering exactly what you need is great! But, the threads smells like it has been in a raw basement for ever! I’m allergic to Mould and I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Delivery time was okey.
