Poor Customer Service
My order was placed and confirmed on 11 Nov. I received an email on 15 Nov stating the item has shipped with a link to track and trace the parcel. Unfortunately the track and trace website states the parcel cannot be found. I emailed customer service (twice) and as of today (12 Dec), no one has responded. Regrettably, I cannot rate the product (since I haven't received it), but the customer service has been very disappointing, to say the least.

Heb een product teruggestuurd in juli, vooralsnog geen geld teruggekregen. Ben er al meerdere keren achteraan gegaan. Via email (van de website) en via een email die ik nog had van Ramona geprobeerd contact te leggen. Niemand reageert. Een telefoonnummer is ook niet op de website te vinden. Via Paypal en via deze website een telefoonnummer uitgevonden maar ...........er wordt niet opgenomen en er wordt gemeld dat de persoon niet bereikbaar is........Ben benieuwd hoe dit wordt opgelost door Brickwalls and Barricades.
