They are scam. Avoid them.
In anything you do in your life. Avoid this company. They are scam both the company and instructors. They will take your money and start claiming no cancellation. I am going ask everyone I know in this world to leave a review on this. I can’t wait to see them fold because I won’t stop until they are done. I got my money back through my bank. I don’t know how stupid someone can be. I clearly told you I don’t need a booking anymore yet you kept on texting me to contact the driving instructor. That’s lame. I will post bad reviews until the bad outweighs the green one. Stupid people. You can hire The new prime minister Andy Burnham as instructor you’re still fraud. A legitimate site leave no cancellation at the start of a booking and on their homepage.

Excellent Instructor
I had an excellent experience with my driving instructor, Sukhjit Dhillon. From the very first lesson, he was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident before moving on to the next step.
What really stood out was his ability to stay calm and encouraging, even when I made mistakes. He created a relaxed learning environment, which helped me improve quickly and build my confidence behind the wheel.

What a prob scam
They are just scams, they wont do any refunds even they didn’t provide any service. A scam for £250. Refuses to provide service, I tried to contact them but they are saying they don’t have any phone lines for support, but they literally called me before I deposited my money.
They are just trying to scam people who are in emergency situation for driving lessons.

Booked a course literally yesterday but changed my mind as my mup just been diagnosed woth breast cancer there saying they wont give my money back i payed for the deposit its a complete scam no ones on the phone to answer your calls only to take more money off ppl asoon as you have a problem they said there no one to speak to over it. I understand that you are having a difficult time at the moment but this review is unfair.
The first request for a refund from you was because you had found another instructor even though you had booked with us earlier that evening and we had started to work on your booking.
We have provided you with a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill and we have explained why a full refund can not be provided yet. We also offered to put your booking on hold so that an instructor could be allocated closer to your test.
We are providing the service that you booked and calling us a scam because we have advised you of our terms and conditions, which are published on our website, is unnecessary and false.

They are fraudulent
They are fraudulent. Took my money in disguise claiming it is for the instructor only to found out they took £227 for location and instructor and I still have to pay the instructor as you go for £37 an hour. I am going to see this goes down to the last penny as I am going to collect my money. The website never says you can’t cancel until they took my money. I am going to be taking this further to any length. Only a fraud company takes peoples money and say they can’t cancel.

They charged me for automatic lessons and never found instructors. I contacted them but they could not issue a refund because of their refund policy. Stay away from them!

Do not use this company they are a scam outfit. They advertise lessons which isn't true. We paid £40 deposit then another £244 which as advertised for lessons. Now they tell us it's administration charges. They won't repay any money back. ITS A MASSIVE SCAM DEFINITELY AVOID ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE ROBBERS. You might be a registered company but your scamming people out of their hard earned money. You advertise driving lessons which you don't do. You have charged us £284 just to find a driving instructor how the hell can you justify that. My daughter was looking forward to starting driving but you have taken that away from her by scamming us out of that money. I will not rest till you are shut down and don't scam anyone else

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with our service.
I would like to clarify that we are not a scam. We are a registered UK company and operate legitimately. We make it clear that we are a booking agent and we have published terms and conditions which should be read before making any booking. In addition, we have a sales team who can be contacted prior to booking and are available via telephone or email.
We have advised, during email communication with the person who made the booking, that lessons are not included within the deposit.
We show the full cost when you make a quote with us, which covers the deposit and the lessons, and you then have the choice to either pay the deposit only or pay in full.
As your booking was the deposit only, lesson costs are not included and these need to be paid directly to the instructor.
If there is anything further that you would like to discuss regarding the booking, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I passed my automatic driving test…
I passed my automatic driving test FIRST TIME today at Speke test centre with only 2 minors — and I couldn’t have done it without Lee Moore he’s an amazing instructor! 🚗💨
From day one Lee was calm, patient, and explained everything so clearly. He knew all the local routes perfectly, pointed out exactly what to watch for, and built my confidence up so much. Even when I was nervous, he reassured me and trusted my driving — which made all the difference.
He taught me every manoeuvre until I had them perfect, helped me get used to rush hour, and gave honest, helpful feedback every lesson. If you’re learning in Liverpool/Speke area, I can’t recommend Lee enough — worth every single penny! Thank you so much for helping me get my licence! 🥳🙌"

I signed up with book instructor earlier this year for intensive driving lessons. I gave in a deposit and after allocating me with a driving instructor after 14 days i was requested to send in the payment for instructor straight away. DO NOT DO THIS. Always pay after completion of service! The instructor they allegedly had background checked and had a DVSA website turned out to be a big scammer. His name is Adrian Pountain and i advise everyone to stay clear of him and this company. After the driver scammed me and never completed his service Booking instructor told me there is nothing they can do and that i am on my own as well as later asking for more money after finding a new instructor like i would just give another instructor my money after what happened. When i told i want to stop my services they withheld my deposit until further negotiations. Absolutely zero regards to the pupil . Might as well be treating people like the scammer driver they hired . I would not use this website and be smart with who u trust and give your money to.

We understand the effect that Adrian's action have had on you but there are some inaccuracies in your review that we would like to clarify.
As soon as you told us about Adrian, his account was instantly blocked. Adrian is self employed and he does not work for us. He is not a reflection of the thousands of hard working, trustworthy instructor that are registered with us.
All instructors must provide evidence that they are Approved Driving Instructors with the DVSA before they can register with us, Adrian did this and had passed his DBS checks with the DVSA.
We have not requested any further payment from you.
We allocated a new instructor for you which is why your deposit was not refunded immediately. We understand your apprehension with accepting a new instructor but we wanted to try and help get you on the road.
We're sorry that you have felt unsupported, we have offered support for you at every step with obtaining a refund from Adrian and that offer is still open. We have provided advice and guidance for you, the only thing we can not do for you is to submit your court claim against Adrian as this needs to come from you.
We genuinely wish you the best with gaining your driving licence.
