It took a while to find an automatic driving instructor in my area, but we did in the end...
Book instructor was a great help as I didn't have to worry about anyhing as they did it all for me. Would recommend to take the stress out of things 🙂

Book instructor was very good at finding me a theory test, an instructor and a practical test. It did take a little while but they kept me updated and found something for the dates that I was looking for.

The cost of the service is too high but I did get a good instructor

I passed quickly and was connected with an amazing instructor - Zara. Great service if you’re unsure of how to find an instructor.

Book Instructor is definitely a service/website I would recommend to someone going through or starting their journey in becoming fully licensed.

With my experience from picking how much hours I needed the Instructor I wanted the location I will be in and times and dates of my of my lessons Book Instructor impressively managed to compile all stages of learning how to drive. With all the backend figured out freed me up to just focus on learning how to drive.

They are great and fast. They found me an instructor very quickly and got my theroy test booked for me quickly (passed lol) and are working on getting my test booked in after a but if a mixup from me saying Derby was needed but that was wrong lol. Luckily they seem to have a very fast customer service with the emails (spoke with Olivia) 🙂 so all is good now. Would recommend 👍🙂

Booked through book instructor and had my test and instructor within a month, easy process and really good communication and experience, passed today with 1 minor so pleased ☺️

My daughter had an issue with one of the instructors she had been allocated by Book Instructor.
I reached out to customer service and had a reply from Sarah in super quick time. She dealt with our issue, orchestrated a full refund and has taken said driver off their books.
Sarah has been extremely professional, courteous, efficient, helpful and understanding. I was never left waiting for email replies and all in all I have honestly not had this level of customer service for a long time. Bravo and thank you Sarah.

Great experience with this instructor. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and they managed to find me a test date fast. When I had issues with my dates, they were very helpful and resolved everything promptly in a professional manner. Highly recommend!

Tina is an absolute gem. From the very first moment I spoke to her, her warmth and genuine care shone through like a beacon in a sea of bureaucracy.

Theory coaching and all of the tools available were all really useful and helpful. Instructor selection wasn’t ideal and the instructor I was eventually assigned was also far from ideal especially considering the dates I’d selected were immediately discarded and I was just given dates and had to re-arrange my schedule to make it work but thankfully I managed to get the result I was hoping for so alls well that ends well.

I dealt with Tina to get my wife Mary a booking at short notice. She was absolutely wonderful and helpful. What a great service. Thank you Tina!

I had started learning to drive 5 years ago however stopped when I moved for a job. I was very nervous to get going again however Lukman Younus was an amazing instructor. He was so kind and constantly listened to my concerns. Every lesson he asked me what I wanted to practice and tailored his style to my way of learning. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

I have been using these guys for a couple of months to arrange driving lessons for myself.

I think they deserve 5 stars despite having generally found the experience frustrating due to the area I live in and my financial limitations. They have been consistently looking for instructors, and have eventually found one that is suitable for me.

Their customer service is also excellent, with Olivia helping me with multiple issues and resolving them quickly and in a satisfactory manner

Easy to organise, Adiel Khan was a great instructor, I was a pretty nervous learner, but he made it fun and I passed first time!
