They use a lot of proprietary parts
They use a lot of proprietary parts, and break very often, which wouldn’t be a problem if their customers service was good but it isn’t. They are particularly bad in the ucl student centre in which various water fountains haven’t been working for 2 years, nearly all of their use lifetime.

Karolis attended and installed 2 Billi taps in our clients premises, Karoois was efficient and expalneind clearly how to operate the taps and change settings, he is a credit to Billi.

Bradley from Billi UK attended our office today to conduct a 6-monthly service. We had some additional issues with the taps and Bradley resolved them whilst on site. Polite and professional throughout, and went above and beyond what he was here to do. Excellent service - thank you Bradley.

Don't bother installing this tap
Don't bother installing this tap. We have had a Billi tap installed within our office for circa 3 years. Over this period we have had the tap out of service more often than we have had cups of teas form it! Although we are on a maintenance plan with them it appears we have to pay for everything that goes wrong. So far we must have replaced the whole unit twice in this time witha new tank, circuit boards, etc. The

He loves what he does and it shows
Danny came to do the maintenance of our taps and I can't praise enough his work. He also help us advising on other issues we had with the plumbing. Big thanks to Danny. It's great to find people who enjoy what they do and line helping beyond the mile.
