Just had Billi UK carry out an installation on one of our projects, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

The quality of the product is outstanding, and the whole team was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Everything was straightforward and professional, and the installer was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

We've had the same issue with our Billi Tap for quite some time and several engineers have visited, but Brandon was by far the most helpful.

He took the time to properly investigate the problem, tried a number of different solutions and made several changes rather than just doing the obvious checks and moving on. He was patient, thorough and clearly wanted to get to the bottom of it.

What really stood out was that he followed up afterwards to make sure everything was still working properly. That level of service is quite rare these days and was very much appreciated.
