After an issue with the tap when contacting the Billi team it came to light that our company hadn't set up a care plan, they very quickly set one up for us and sent out an engineer so all was sorted

Water filter installations
I’m very pleased with the recent water filter installation. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professionally handled from start to finish. Karolis did an excellent job, he was punctual, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was installed perfectly. He also took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving.
I highly recommend Karolis for anyone in need of this service. Outstanding work and great customer service!
