Worked with Sarjul Ahmed on a hot Saturday installation. Sarjul was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable- a real asset to Billi UK.

We’ve been a customer of Billi for five years and have had a great experience with both the company and our office filtered tap. The system has been a really useful addition to the office, providing convenient, good-quality filtered water for the team throughout the day.

Their customer service has also been excellent — responsive, helpful and easy to deal with whenever we’ve needed support or had a query. Any issues have been handled quickly and professionally, with clear communication throughout.

Karolis, was incredibly helpful and professional. He had a lot of issues with the tap and ended up staying a lot later than intended. He made sure everything was complete and put back as should be before leaving

I had contacted Laura from the Billi Team to help me with one of our Billi taps. Laura was very helpful and arranged an engineer to go on site to fix the issue the next working day. She was polite and professional and is what customer service should be!

The customer service from Laura has been excellent and the Billi taps we are using are a great product that has exceeded our expectations. We tried different makes of tap and different installers but going direct to Billi has been the best decision we made.
