New refuse collection service for tennis club
Throughout the process of arranging a new refuse collection service for my tennis club, I found Better Waste staff to be highly efficient, reliable, courteous and professional. I refer to Marisa Forney, Pamela Lawrance and Katie Pearson, all of whom made special efforts to process my various requests and follow up afterwards.

Thanks for your feedback; I have tried to call you today to discuss this further, however, I was unable to speak with you.
I have looked through the case and can see we emailed you on 26/07/2022, 28/07/2022 & 01/08/2022 asking for a photo of the bin. Up to this day we have not received a reply to our emails. I have also checked our web chat and WhatsApp facility and there are no messages from you.
We are more than happy to help, however, without the photo to pass onto the supplier, we are unable to move forward with your case.
