Have used direct 365 before and they are by far the cheapest for most certifications to do with safety, if not All!
Cheryl always does a good job and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend.

I didn’t have a very good experience with trying to make contact with the company for missing my bin uplift but the retention team have been extremely helpful and consistent with their contact with me. I’m sure I could’ve worked things out if I was still in need of their services.

I moved into an office after another company, and we continued to use Direct365.

They were meant to change our large bin into a small one. They told us this was being done in August last year. It didn't get changed.

When they collected the bins, the overcharged me excess waste costs because the bin itself was heavier than expected. They were charging me for the bin weight of the bin!

On the first support case raised, they just cleared the overcharges instead of fixing the issue.

The second support case was raised on 18th March, and I've not had any update over a month later, despite chasing for an update.

The Direct 356 services are good value and reliable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Natasha Bax helped me navigate a difficult situation and her patience and advice was invaluable.

Great service, Gabrielle was very helpful and patient whilst we concluded business with our current supplier. She answered all our questions clearly. Well done!
