We are a kitchen renovator company and we had some queries about our waste disposal. Ella from Business Waste was fantastic in helping us out. Ella answered all our questions and even took the time to call us to explain everything in detail. Great Customer service from both Heather Tabois and Honour Lambert.
The only small issue I had was that the New Wheelie Bin did not come with a locking device like the previous Bin, but with the support from Heather and Honour they were able to obtain permission from their Contractors for me to install my own locking device to the Bin.

A very polite & professional chat with Liam on the phone this morning. Very informative about what Business Waste has to offer for my new venture into aesthetics. He was very patient with me when filling in the on-line forms. All signed up now & ready to go. Thank you.

Needed a large amount of items for recycling and was getting expensive quotes. I contacted Business Waste and was quoted a super reasonable price. I was kept informed of the progress for collection and all was collected efficiently.

Was provided a great service by Lily Hall, who was fantastic at helping sort out our contract renewal and offering the best possible options for our site.

They were quite good last year, but this year they (Enva on behalf of Business Waste) have failed to turn up on MOST days they should have collected!

Had nothing but problems with this company...
Drivers arent the greatest tbh but the staff in the offices... wow!! When the drivers say how bad they are it has to be bad... Honestly they dont know their bum from their elbow. I have had sooo many issues with them now and been over charged so many times because of their incompetence, I am so angry, I cannot wait for my contract to be up so I can go with another company... for some reason you have to "predict" how much clinical waste is will want collecting months in advanced... and then when I call to revise this as I was paying for 6 or 7 bags to be collected but only giving them 2 or 3 it took months to sort out (because of their incompetence) meaning all the while im being charged for waste collection im not needing. They are an absolute rip off... and then they have the absolute gaul to email us and say their prices are going up... 😂🤣 absolute joke of a company and I will be avoiding them like the plague in the future. Do yourselves a favour and use literally anyone else. You will regret going with these at some point.. awful experience. P.s this has been going on for years Im just tied into a contract UNFORTUNATELY!
