Fantastic Team!
100% would recommend this company.
We switched providers and used better waste who found us a fantastic deal on collections and didn't try upsell anything that wasn't required.
Although some minor issues with collections (due to location) a quick call or email with adviser Dee Durrand and the matter was fully dealt with.
Special mention for Dee who took the time not only to help me out with any issues regarding service but also spending the time to chat to me too, I was able to have a laugh every time I called while she sorted everything for me.
The level of customer service has been above and beyond.

Great customer service
I first started using Better Waste Solutions last year in a building we manage after having terrible service with another provider. After taking on another, much larger building, there was no question who I was going to contact to help us with our waste collections. The set-up itself is very easy and straightforward which is exactly what I need. Pamela Lawrance was especially helpful, ensuring she sent follow-up emails to ensure the bins were delivered in time (and chasing the supplier if not). There would be no doubt in my mind who I will call for our next waste requirement.

great communication only negative was that we have our collections on friday and tried to arrange a collection on thursday before we close for christmas but the company are only in area on friday and there was no flexibility.

Excellent service
After waiting 3 weeks for a competitor to set up a waste collection service for us, I contacted Better Waste Solutions, after the first phone call, the contract had been signed and my account set up in less than an hour with the first collection arranged for a week later. Absolutely brilliant customer service, can't fault them at all! Highly recommend
