Very first they should really mention…
Very first they should really mention whose gonna be providing the service.
Just to get themselves a favour I strongly feel they on purpose do not reveal these until it's too late.
My service provider has a 1 star rating and made a mess right in the first week and still have another 103 weeks to go to bear this service.

Hi Everyone,
I am owner of small business.
They worked via third party collection service. As usual they missed the collection and next collection will be excess weights, so I am ending up with pay more money every month. I tracked my waste bin weight but they don't provide proper evidence.
My contract was end in may 2024, so I called them to cancel the contract two month early but they said that I have to called them six months early and written notice to them which does make a sense to me while they send me annual duty of care certificate review just one month before to review it.
Please think before joint with them.
Every month - they come with excess charge and collection of bin irregular, so you are paying more to them at last.

I’m sorry to hear your feedback. I have checked and can’t see any missed collections reported to us since February; this collection was recovered within 5 days and there was no excess weight recorded on the collection after this case. We’ve previously discussed excess weight with you, including offering suggestions on solutions to help. If you have had a recent missed collection, please let us know and we can look into this for you.
I can also see we spoke to you a couple of weeks ago regarding the contract, you spoke to the manager and said you were OK for now to continue your contract and were assured your comments would be passed on, which they have been. You did ask if you could call back, however, to date you have not called to discuss any further concerns. We have tried to call you to discuss your review further but have been unable to get in touch with you, so please do contact us at your earliest convenience.

Very bad service,I had use half year , they change excess weight all the time. When I ask send me excess weight evidence, they send me the GPS. I call back asking excess weight evidence, they said only have GPS. That’s really not fair.they set the limit weight. But they don’t show me how many weight they take every time.

I’m sorry to hear you feel the service has been bad, GPS tracking is provided to show the driver did attend for the service of the bin. However, I can see we have discussed your concerns and are working with the supplier to get additional information to help with your concerns.
We have explained how the bins are weighed when they are lifted, as well as explaining how important it is for the suppliers to ensure the scales on the trucks are accurate; this is to ensure they stay within the legal weight limit to be on the road. We have also discussed certain types of waste that can be surprisingly heavy, and offered suggestions that may help.
