Elsa, was very helpful with my holiday booking, and reminded me on he next payment for holiday. She very nice..

Dania took my call about not receiving holiday confirmation and sent me confirmation immediately. Very helpful and efficient.

Linda was very helpful and solved the problem. I had not received my booking confirmation because my email address had been recorded incorrectly at the time of booking. Linda corrected this and resent the confirmation.

Dania was very helpful, understood what I was rambling on about and sorted my problem.perfect

Went away to Poland with this company and booked a couple of tours with them. One tour in the morning and another later on in the afternoon, all very good except the 2nd tour overlapped by 2 hours with 40 miles separating us and the pick-up point for tour 2.
A phone call made and I was told it could be transferred to the following day at an extra cost. I pointed out I already had a tour booked for the following day, with the same company.
Many e-mails later and still waiting for a refund.
Steer clear of this company!

Four months later and still waiting for a refund, have sent many emails and still waiting for the promised call backs after my phone conversations.
This is the body of an email received 21st November.

False economy ripping me off for a few paltry ££s as two different couples I know who were going to use this company have gone elsewhere after being told about this with more to come if I have my way.

Worst holiday company I've used still not refunded my money after they cancelled the flight numbers phone calls. Later still not refunded 3mths now still no money they claim Ryanair have not refunded the flight money Bullshit I have emails to say they have boh still claim they haven't please think twice before booking they are No more than highway robbers not to be trusted

Scammy behaviour. Doesn’t allow you to cancel within 48 hrs of booking. Crappy customer service. I’ve been trying to cancel my plans because I never booked it in the first place and they won’t change any of the plans.

Great customer service from Linda. My call was answered quickly and Lina dealt with my query in a prompt and professional manner.

We booked trip to Iceland with Best online holidays. Their agent convinced us to book excursions with them too. He promised hotel pickups and drop off for these. We were told that the hotel we are staying doesn't come under the pickup/dropoff area. We had to take taxi to the pick up points and back. Asked for compensation in Jan 24. Still waiting for my payment after over 30 odds emails and back.
