I found Elsa to be very competent, polite and helpful. Unfortunately I am not too impressed with the actual process. I believe I was mislead about the grade of room booking, and since booking have had little or no communication from them. Probably will not use them again.

The most lies and cheating company I ever encountered. They were offering me the best deal, which really wasn't as I found cheaper else where. However I paid deposit in May 2024, then the balance before November 2024.
After agreement with dates. They changed everything again, the dates and accommodation. But we weren't componsated for the change.
It messed up our hoilday plans with work.
However when the day came to travel, on November 22,there was a bomb scare at Gatwick South terminal, so we had to come back home. To this day best on line hadn't paid our refund.
So we had to dispute it with the bank. Who finally paid us back. After 4 months. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I GOT THEIR INFORMATION FROM THE METRO NEWSPAPER.
PEOPLE BE AWARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CUNNING ORGANIZATION.

Finally, I spoke to a customer service agent (Martin Percy) who seemed efficient and attentive to detail. This is our first time booking with Best Holidays and whilst I haven't found most of their customer service agents particularly helpful or knowledgeable, Martin was an exception as he was patient and answered my queries before finalising the booking. We are hoping the flight and the holiday package will be just as good!

The worst company i have dealt with in over 60yrs of travel. Their theme is to lie and deny. They advertised on Travelzoo website a break to Dublin that wasn't even available, to make a new booking they promised us free luggage a room upgrade and late checkout all of which we didnt get, after complaining they lied about everything and denied offering the extras. Just be aware you are giving your bank details to someone operating from a call center in India a recipe for disaster stay well clear Anybody else wants to complain they are a member of Travel Trust Association they will complain on your behalf. I was also annoyed with Travelzoo for not backing me up not interested.

I wanted assistance on how to book seats on our flight to Malaga in March.
Absolutely no trouble. I was told what seats were available for a reasonable price, they were booked and paid for.
Martin was very patient with me, he also emailed me all the information again, but stating I will receiving the updated itinerary within 24hrs.

Efficient service with short wait on line. Eva was very helpful and answered my questions and ensured that I received documents she had sent whilst she stayed on the line.

We have been mis-sold information about our holiday. Many complaints made, emails and phone calls and still no resolution. The holiday was booked for last June, we are still waiting for the company’s complaints procedure and for them to rectify the mis-selling by the sales agent. DO NOT BOOK WITH BEST ONLINE HOLIDAYS!

I was a little confused at one point about various aspects of the booking. Dania and her colleagues answered these queries very patiently and efficiently and I was sent all of the relevant information promptly by email

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are due a refund which was agreed with this Company back in November due to a booking error on their behalf. Still not received after several emails and telephone calls. Now being cut off when ringing them. Positive reviews mentioning employees names are fake.
