Absolutely fantastic service from Gregor. Not pushy to sell and always helped with other options . I did have many 🤦🏻.
Will definitely use for our future breaks

Gregor was fantastic and helped in every step of booking my holiday. He was also available for any queries I had throughout and was a delight to speak to! Will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Avoid!!! Gregory was so helpful in booking my holiday till I made the payment he was forcing me ringing me messeging me everyday on WhatsApp then he changed and ignored me once I made payment. I was given false information by him that we was going to be allowed 10 kg cabin baggage that goes over the head locker but once tickets were issued it said small bag under the seat which I then had to buy extra baggage from easy jet from my own pocket the hotel he gave me was crap one of the worst hotels I have ever been to in my life.
After I made payment I was called from travel trek to say I had to pay 198 on top I refused after arguing they managed to drop the price to 50 which I paid. Looked as if this payment was for Gregory as was told they were loosing money booking my holiday please avoid this company or teletext holidays as once you ring teletext holidays your diverted to these muppets who are from India giving out there fake names......

First time booking a flight, stay and cruise holiday.

Kalyan was very helpful with information answering my questions. Once booked I had many more questions, mainly things I had not thought about until I received the booking info. they too were answered to my satisfaction.
Now looking forward to the journey.

Would recommend and use this company again.

There were a few challenges with our booking in relation to the airport distance from our Hotel “Sophia” was extremely helpful and supportive. She was passionate in ensuring our query was resolved and followed up to keep us in the loop thank you for your support.

Karan was brilliant from start to finish. He even found us a better hotel for our stay in 3 weeks time, and made sure we would have a really good room for our stay. Nothing was too much. I have saved his Number and will be ringing him when we get back from Tunisia to book our week in May.

Second time I have used TravelTrek. Really easy to use and Rachel has been very helpful and has helped me to book a great holiday at a very reasonable price.
