I had a very friendly and helpful conversation with Olivia today - I needed to add some cabin luggage and she kindly offered to take me through the whole process - she couldn’t have been more patient. I was most impressed by Olivia’s attitude and willingness to help- wish there were more people like her!
My only complaint , not about Olivia, was that none of Broadways correspondence has a phone number - it would be good to have their Customer Service phone number easily to hand! But I was very impressed with the service from Olivia 👍

Great Help for a Group Booking
After a cancelled cruise (Dubai), our group was looking to book an alternative pretty quickly.
From first enquiry, to final booking, Broadway Travel’s communication was excellent and they took all our requests and requirements in their stride.
We are a group of 8 passengers, so coordinating everyone’s preferences and availability could potentially have been very difficult - but not for Broadway Travel!
A special shout out to Aeysha for her hard work and patience to get us all over the line!
