Having used this company a number of times already I am very impressed with the whole experience delivered by them and the after care service they provide.

This was our first experience with Super Escapes and, although i was hesitant initially, i found them professional and helpful. All the staff i dealt with were very efficient and helped me through the process. However, it would be good to be able to speak to the same person on each occasion, as i felt it was not consistent and i would have preferred to speak to the same person. Our 3 nights in Budapest went very smoothly and we were pleased with the confirmation for the 10 passengers and the 2 that couldn't make it. Overall the city break in Budapest was great and the Escala Hotel was excellent and the transport booked was very efficient. The agent also checked us all in for the outbound and the inbound journey which made it so easy for me and our journey streefree. Thank you to superescapes and i will def be booking with you again

I found the short holiday through Wowcher. I had to call a separate number tp make the booking.
The call started off quite well THEN once the booking was confirmed they began to get pertinent information incorrect. The biggest one was they had booked the return flight during the evening of the last night stay at the hotel. Fortunately I was going through things with a fine tooth comb and picked up their error.
I have been passed from pillar to post for what should have been a very straight forward transaction.
Fingers crossed, the holiday will be much better than the booking experience. Only time will tell.
I will not be using this company again.

On booking this holiday, I spoke to a supervisor who 'upgraded' this holiday and at a big cost to me. This I didn't mind. I was told that we would get balcony rooms overlooking the pool and since there were 8 of us, our rooms would be together. Our rooms were nowhere near each other and one room being in another part of the building and NOT overlooking any pool. On arriving at the Falcon Naama Star Hotel, we found the hotel rooms 'tired' but the reception area pleasant and staff extremely helpful.

PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THEM! Had a horrible experience going to Antalya. We got to antalya airport and we had already arranged private transfer with these people but as we reached and talked to the people they said I would have to wait for the shuttle bus which had just left so I would have to wait 1hr 30mins at 2am in an airport where people dont speak english. I then got mad at them and then they said they can arrange private transfer and to wait 20mins. This was an appalling experinece. As well as this I got to the hotel and got told that I didnt exist in the bookings because these people didnt book my family the right room hence they couldnt accommodate us. Very bad communication and I had called the day before and they said everything was okay. How awful is that?!

I had a few concerns, sent an email to customer services outlining them. Within 12 hours of my email I had a response by telephone from Neil Woodcroft. He understood my concerns and discussed them one at a time with patients. I now have no concerns. Thanks to this young man.
