Pleasant and knowledgeable young person.
Pleasant young person. He made sure also to cover his shoes before coming into my home. He replaced certain batteries and was careful to check everything. He made my home his first call which was helpful to me as I am so hard of hearing.

Speedy and free
After we confirmed the appointment, we had to alter the timing at short notice. Despite that, the Banham's engineer managed to get to us, did the job quickly and left us with a few minutes to spare.
On our return, we found his complete report -- and the invoice was Zero.
