The engineer arrived promptly, and was very courteous and professional

The engineer was great and did his job well and gave me good warning so no issues there BUT this mad time slot of 1-5.30pm is ridiculous. I made a journey to London and the engineer arrived at 1pm when there are someone there for an hour so I wasted a whole day just because Banhams won’t give better time slots. Please sort it out

Felix ( your technician) was courteous and very efficient . He took the trouble to understand my non-technical questions and answer them in a user friendly way. Well done.

The admin team , on the other hand, were less efficient , as you will see from your files.

My Banham engineer was Glodi who has visited before on a previous occasion. He is friendly and polite, and he called me an hour before arriving, which was much appreciated.
It would, however, be very useful to pre-book an allotted time of perhaps a couple of hours, near the start of either an afternoon or morning shift.

Banham swiftly attended to the premises following the sensor being activated. Richard, the engineer, was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Attended the building without delay, reported back once he arrived, and investigated the situation.

Very pleasant and quick working engineers

Customer support is horrific. I don’t think it remotely matches any other service I subscribe to in how poor it is. Most recent example. You get five email notifications and five text messages with different appointment ids. So lots of spam. The date does not work. You email them to tell them the date does not work for you and you can only do Monday or Fridays. A person responds with a different date. It’s neither a Monday nor a Friday. You point that out to them. They reply again with a Friday - no apology for either the spam or the wasted time. Then you arrange. A few days pass. You get another five emails and five text messages for a date. It’s a Thursday. You call them. 20 minutes on the line, cannot get through to maintenance. Switchboard tells you to give up as no one will pick up. And you pay thousands of pounds for this “service”. I will be cancelling my subscription and switching to an alternative.

despite the tube strike, the engineer made it on time. He was very courteous, and did a thorough check of the installation.
