Banham app......software by 'Fisher Price, My First App'
I'm writing a review based on me house sitting for a family member. The app is the worst app, I've used. continuously failing to allow log in, having to re-try multiple times whenever trying to arm or disarm the system. When you do get logged in, once you have armed, it logs you straight out again so you can't see if it has armed properly, so you have to go through the same cycle again and again. Yesterday it took 12 minutes to log in and arm, then nearly that again to check it had armed. when you're logged in, you go to the alarm options you have created, but if you 'go back' to the home screen, 'my device', and then want to go to your alarm options again, you have to re-log in. And so the cycle begins again. This is such a poorly created app with lazy and clumsy software, entirely un-user friendly. Customers must spend thousands having this security system installed in their homes, and yet the app software is written by Fisher Price. I've been considering a system for my home and this has led to to Banham falling off the list by trial, it has been the 100% bane of the past week.

What has happened to Banham Alarms
What has happened to Banham Alarms? They have turned from a great company to an incompetent one where you are on hold forever and passed around departments to resolve simple issues. Their customer service is shocking - i have spent hours on calls and emails to try and get them to fix my alarm and also refund me for unauthorised charges taken from my account
