I just had Ricardo come to fix my front door lock. He assessed the problem quickly, had stock required in his van and fixed the problem swiftly. He was extremely personable and efficient. Happy customer.

The engineer came and appeared friendly…
The engineer came and appeared friendly and efficient. However, when I left the
Property and put my code in to the keypad, the alarm sounded much to annoyance of neighbours. Eventually after several calls, it transpired the engineer had wiped my code and failed to check before leaving. It means another morning taken off work for a return visit, I would add that Banham’s emergency team was very efficient - and critical that this had happened.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience this issue, particularly as it resulted in disruption to both yourself and your neighbours, and required further calls and an additional appointment. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the oversight.
That said, we are pleased to hear that our team responded efficiently and were able to identify the cause of the problem quickly. We appreciate you highlighting their efforts.
