Can't give 0 stars or that's what they would have got. For the third year in a row Banham cancelled my maintenance visit for alarm and cctv a couple of hours after the engineer was due to attend, despite the emails and text message confirmations the day before. They left a voicemail asking me to return their call but left me on hold for 15mins with no answer. Ann on the switchboard wouldn't put me through to anyone else or anyone willing to talk to a customer.
In addition the App they gave me for the cctv system became redundant and no longer worked. I found out it have been scrapped but no-one had got in touch to say that I needed to change it or what to change it to. When I asked, it was clear I was a massive inconvenience and no-one seemed to be able to help me get set up on a new App. I eventually worked it out online myself through various message boards.
Their customer service is just awful.

Having a maintenance appointment cancelled on multiple occasions, despite receiving confirmation messages beforehand, is clearly not the service you should expect from us. We are also sorry that your attempts to contact us for assistance only added to your frustration.
In regard to the changes affecting your CCTV app, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Keeping customers informed of updates that may affect their systems is a fundamental part of the service we aim to provide, and it is clear from your experience that we fell short of those expectations.
