Let me start off by saying, any other review that isn’t 5-stars is full of it. I have been a customer of Aura Bloom for over a year now and I have been nothing but impressed! I receive monthly crystals and they’re always unique and genuine! Prices are fair, shipments are always on time, and there’s so much variety! Sure they’ll send you genuine crystals of all shapes and sizes but they also provide bracelets, necklace pendants, and very informative cards on each product! Not to mention they are packaged with care in the nicest red silk bags! Oh and their support team? Top notch every time! Timely responses, helpful tips, and the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! If you have any reserves about supporting this company don’t! I don’t bother looking for crystals any where else! Just do it, you won’t be disappointed!

Easy to order. Great customer service. The product was individually wrapped and came with a silk little bag so it was secured. Very nice quality and price can't be beat I've bought a lot from all over the place and this was top notch. I can't wait for next months box .. blessings and light to you girls!

Aurabloom has beautiful crystals and products. When I had an issue with billing they were quick to respond and quick to help me with the issue I was having..they are very kind caring and committed to helping thier customers. I'm very grateful

I love getting my monthly crystal from Aurabloom!!! I joined the VIP crystal club about 8 months ago & every month they send a new crystal or crystal jewelry with a card that explains it & it's healing properties. The packaging... beautiful. The crystals themselves always have amazing energy. Customer service is great, whenever I needed to pause my subscription for a bit I can & they are very quick and responsive.

I signed up for the VIP crystal club on 7/6/25 and was very excited to get my box. It's now 7/20/25 and I still haven't received it. So I emailed to ask what was going on and they proceeded to tell me my order had been delivered. But I never got a shipping notification/email and there's no tracking on the Shop App. To which i responded and said that I didn't get it, it's been almost a month, and I want a refund. But they conveniently stopped responding. I will be disputing with the bank. Don't be fooled by them.

I was initially intrigued by AuraBloom's VIP Crystal Club offer: a free crystal, with only shipping costs to cover. This seemed like a fantastic deal, especially since it required signing up for their subscription box, which promised 30% off the first box, putting it in the \$36-\$39 range. My understanding was that the subscription box price *included* shipping, so I'd only be paying shipping for the "free" VIP crystal.

The first month's experience was a mixed bag. The subscription box itself arrived, and while the contents weren't typically what I'd purchase, the perceived value of each item seemed fair at about \$10 per piece. However, the "free" VIP crystal—a small piece—was shipped in the *same large box* as the subscription, making the separate shipping charge for it feel completely unnecessary and misleading.

The real issues began in the second month. Without any prior notification, the price of the VIP Crystal soared to an outrageous \$39. For context, a crystal of this size and type would typically retail for no more than \$8 at local shops. I even own a Labradorite sphere, 12 times larger, that cost me only \$29. This significant price jump, coupled with the regular subscription box fee, brought my second month's charge to a shocking \$65.

After discovering this, I contacted Aura Bloom and also found numerous online reviews detailing similar experiences: a "free" crystal for the first month, followed by an unexplained price hike. When questioned, Aura Bloom's explanation was that I "must have missed an email" – which I absolutely did not – and that the price increase was necessary for "ethical sourcing." I expressed my dissatisfaction with the value and requested a cancellation.

Despite my cancellation request, I was charged for a third month at \$54 and some change. This was particularly frustrating as all these charges appeared to be rolled into the subscription box fee, which I had understood to be \$39, not "plus shipping." Moreover, the VIP crystal, which I was now being charged a premium for, continued to arrive within the very subscription box for which I was *already* paying shipping.

The second box I received was frankly terrible, feeling like a complete waste of money. I've now received approximately four boxes in total. I've re-contacted Aura Bloom, reiterating my desire to cancel and to prevent any further shipments. While I can commend their prompt and polite customer service responses, the overall value simply isn't there. I am currently awaiting confirmation of my cancellation; if I am charged again, I will be disputing the charges with my bank.

Aura Bloom's pricing strategy for the VIP Crystal Club is deceptive, and the value of their subscription box contents does not justify the escalating costs.

I'm very disappointed to have to give them a low review but I should have expected that people knew what they were talking about. I finally unboxed my subscription box and it was a real let done for 64 including tax for the first set ($55) Canadian and the supposed free crystal. I don't think the combination of crystals equals more than 20 and the one I really liked had a hole in it for jewelry which is ridiculous because I'm not ordering crystals for beading but for ceremony. Anyways I would not recommend such a hefty subscription fee for the items. It's cute that they all have bags, however I didn't receive the aforementioned tarot cards or guide to each crystal I received. I'm really upset that they convinced me to go down to $45 when I specifically asked to cancel. I felt bad and agreed but luckily with no money to pay until payday they can't charge me

I joined the aurabloom VIP crystal club and agreed to be charged $9.99 each month and receive a free crystal each month. They did charge $9.99 the first month but each month after that the price would go up the second month was $15 bucks the third was $22 then I was charged 25 dollars. I have been charged 4 times now but I was only sent 2 crystals. And the 25 dollars was apparently an annual fee that I never agreed to. I've been emailing support to ask them to cancel my subscription they won't cancel it they just offer to charge me less each month but won't cancel my subscription so I just asked my bank to handle this. If you are considering joining the VIP CRYSTAL club don't I wish I didn't.

It is a scam company. I cancelled with them . They sent an email to haggle with me and charged me again.I had to cancel with PayPal. Im paissed. You can get better crystal deals on Amazon lmao. Dont support these scammer assholes.

I'm a subscriber to crystal vip club and the shipments have been terrible. Nothing ive recieved gives me VIP vibes

Never do a subscription i cancelled mine a month ago and they still took my money when I even emailed them to stop the subscription and went behide my back and took my money and won't refund full amount as it was already sent out it's disgusting and can't return as it will cost me the whole £5 they refunded it's awful I hope it don't happen to anyone or just don't bother. Negative energy

They say it's a great deal. I was charged almost 70 bucks and 25 the day before. If it was 25 I would still say it's not really worth it, but 70-95 is INSANE for what they send. The last box had 5 items, all very inexpensive in Virginia City NV if I bought in person and of the 2 boxes both had a straight up rock that was included as if it's a crystal. They are not what they pretend to be. I canceled the subscription and was still charged. I'm letting my bank deal with them now. Garbage.

VIP Club is a SCAM, beware!

Even after reading the poor reviews online, I decided to try this supposed free crystal club myself. $10 shipping - which is already unreasonable for such a light package. The crystal came and was actually lovely...and so I decided to try another month.

This morning, I received an email from Aurabloom, stating they were permanently increasing my membership fee (which was $0.00, BTW) to nearly $23 a month, giving a few reasons that were clearly full of BS. Of course, I cancelled my subscription the moment I saw the email, but not before they had already charged my account for this new price!!! I was never notified before the new charge, nor given enough time to cancel before it was made. Ridiculous! They know what they are doing and have done it to countless customers. If you want nice crystals, just go to your local healing crystal shop, or buy from amazon. Seriously.
DO NOT BUY INTO IT - it is a SCAM.

This company is a scam. They took the ability to cancel subscription off the site and replaced by telling customer to email them. When emailed they try to haggle you. When you tell tbem no "cancel my subscription " they eventually say ok but just continue taking your money. And worse they arbitrarily increase they amounts and make up more false fees etc. The operators should be jailed and made to pay restitution.

It was such a frustrating experience. It started off ok, then I decided I wanted to cancel due to finances, particularly the fact that the stones they sent wouldn't cost less at my crystal so than what they charge for shipping. It took a while to figure out how to cancel, and it boiled down to sending a message to their 'support' email. They haggled with me to lower my monthly payment and have it come out every other month. I went ahead and agreed, but then came this annual fee nonsense. They sent an email stating that they will be implementing an annual membership fee of $25. I sent a reply email IMMEDIATELY after reading that letting them know to cancel my account and I didn't want to haggle about it. They STILL tried to haggle. The worst part was that they didn't give us an opportunity to opt in/out of that membership fee, they just charged accounts the very next day! I sent yet another email, and they FINALLY closed my account and issued me a refund.

I wouldn't get mixed up with this company. Save your money. In fact, the money that you spend with them supposedly for shipping, spend it instead on crystals you choose for yourself because it will cost about the same or less. Additionally, the crystals they send could be shipped for the cost of 2 postage stamps, not $10+

Would give 0 starts if I could. Literally the worst experience. Scammed me by increasing the price of the VIP subscription by over 50% without notifying me which is a breech of the subscription agreement. Now refused to give me a refund. Caused me significant stress. Steer clear of this brand it is a scam.
