I was offered 1 free crystal a month for $13.95 shipping cost. Today I was charged just over $26 for 1 crystal's shipping. I wrote to customer service and told them to cancel and refund my money as I was never told about this. They claimed to have sent out an email about having to raise the price due to rapid growth (in a month?). I received no email. They then offered $17.xx shipping. I told them it was bait and switch, no. They said before they could cancel, they would offer the original 13.95. I told them cancel and refund, or I would dispute with my bank and send the email thread as proof, and negative review everywhere. FINALLY they cancelled and put in for a refund. I'm still negative reviewing everywhere because thiis is unacceptable.

Sweet caring and patient with this grumpy customer. What started as a cute gift became a shared moment that both my better half and I look forward to each month. The team was quick to respond with mood changing vibes and went above and beyond to help get us our crystals. Not only was it not their fault (UPS issue) but they even sent an extra gift prior to receiving the next VIP box.

I’m really excited to receive my package! We had a bit of a packing problem! But their persistence in communication was delightful and comforting. I’m also receiving my October box soon , so receiving both of those boxes at a similar time frame is extremely exciting and I appreciate their kindness and support through this whole journey. I just received my first crystal and it is absolutely beautiful. The colors, shape and size make it a wonderful piece. I also loved the cards that came with it to help explain the purpose of my new crystal as well.

I had to reach out to customer support because they asked me to review cards I hadn’t received. But theme out they were digital cards and I had received them. The person I spoke with represented the company well. They were very kind and very easy to work with.

So far I am excited about Aurabloom and can’t wait for my next delivery!

These crystals areee sooo beautiful and they actually use sound bowls to bless them before sending them! Really, cos wow! I’ve gotten 2 crystals that were both exactly what I needed in that moment. Kinda like the universe has something to do with which curtails I was getting. The 2nd crystal I got was actually a Howlite Bracelet + I wear it every single day. It’s so cute. I have has such a positive experience with there crystals and their customer service. You need to buy your crystals here you’ll LOVE them.

Curating a specific crystal to go to different people each month is so much harder said than done, and yet every month I'm presented with a beautiful and amazing crystal with exactly the properties I needed at that time in my life!
