I love getting new crystals every month. I know sometimes you can go get them cheaper at a local crystal shop. My busy schedule sometimes I don’t have time to do that so even though they are a little more expensive, it’s a treat I get to look forward to. I just started my crystal journey a year ago and I love everything I have collected. so many places will sell you fake crystals, but these are genuine and beautiful so I will give the company that also I received something that I really wanted to get another one for my son who is a United States Marine and they were able to help me with that so thank you very much. I will never forget that.🥰

This month i received a beautiful labradorite(moonstone). It's absolutely gorgeous. i did take pictures to share, maybe I'll find a place to share and post a link, but i love it and hope they keep getting better.

I’ve had the VIP subscription for a few months now, and honestly? I love it 🥰 I get to work with crystals I never would have found or picked out myself- typically the ones I need in that time anyway! And if I ever have any issues with the product the support team usually gets back to me through email SAME DAY (although waiting a couple days is 100% expected) and we are able to quickly resolve any issues. They’re always helpful, polite, and pleasant to work with!

VIP crystal club gouges on shipping then tries to convince you not to cancel long enough to ship again!
It does NOT cost $25 to ship 1 small crystal. Even the first charge of $10 was more than it cost ls to ship 1 small crystal.

My "monthly charge" suddenly became biweekly, I also cancelled my subscription and was still charged again 2 weeks later for the "monthly payment" not happy,the 1 order I received was not even that great and it went from $9.99 a month to $25.00 a month.

Aurabloom is worth trying. They worked with me on getting the full experience but on a slow track so i could still afford it. I have only received 1 crystal so far but look forward to my next one. The quality is decent and i would recommend trying and communicating with them to get what you need

Received some ineresting and unexpected specimens. A few were no better than what I could have gotten at a local lapidary or gem show. The convenience was having them come to me. I would say 80% of the time they were worth the subscription price and they made nice gifts if the pieces did not strike my personal fancy. I especially liked the pyritic obelisk, the labradorite obelisk and tongue, and the rose quartz series. Nice trial.

I just received my first crystal from Aurabloom and I couldn't be happier! It was an absolutely beautiful stone! I'm new to collecting and I definitely will be sticking with Aurabloom to help me build my collection.

Agreed to $10.67 a month and then they charged me $25 and then $26.71 3 days later. I canceled within those three days and they still charged me again the next month. I’ve tried reaching out and I have canceled at least twice now. Disputing all of the charges and had to put a block on them. Every single piece of jewelry I got, broke within a week of wearing it and the crystals aren’t even worth the $10 - eso not worth $25. Horrible experience. Can’t get an actual person or even a phone number. I would stay far away.

Customer service is great. They offer solutions not just an argument.

Had the same experience as other reviews. Went in with a $10 shipping fee, my next month was $25. It was not upfront about the price increase at all after the first month. The value of the items I was getting was roughly $5-8 if I was picking them up at my local boutique so I cancelled as there wasn't anything unique or special. Cancellation process was not easy, they want to lower the price down that they assure they "don't do for everyone" but sounds like they do. After another charge came through and I expressed how frustrated I was I finally got them to cancel it. Fast forward three months later I never got product from that last charge and inquired about it to find out it was some sort of annual subscription fee, again that they are not upfront about, and I "should have gotten an email about it". I didn't in fact get any emails about it, but it and the fact they can change subscription prices at any time is in their terms of service.

I'm letting this go, but for the people reading this, and the people who are "happy" with the subscription, I really suggest you look into your local gem and metaphysical stores. You can get items like this much cheaper (and even pick what you want to fit your tastes!), support local, and make friends with like minded people rather than paying $75 for "free" cheap minerals.
