I love my stone …. Can’t wait to get some more crystals I’ve been manifesting for some time

I love Aurabloom so much. I have been subscribed to their monthly VIP crystal club since October of 2024 and I have loved each item that I get from it. I have received necklaces, bracelets, and crystals/rocks/gems. Also, the staff is very lovely, wonderful, and helpful, especially Heather. Thank you. I love this company.

AWESOME!!! ALL AROUND SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & communication staff. I recently started the monthly vip Crystal tryout & review, the first month I got a gorgeous chunk of amyithus Crystal & another Crystal shard that's purple, blue, & clear as a necklace, SO I did my little review like I was supposed and was really excited for th next months shipment. Well I got a notification saying it was delivered I couldn't find find it looked for it or 3days and walked into my backyard and noticed a white bag about the size of the bracket I was waiting for. My friends dog got the package and shredded it broke the braclet and apparently swallowed 90% of the stones. So I got ahold of their C.S. to explain what happened & I wasn't going to be able to do a review because of that . I told them I wasn't asking for anything since it was not their fault in the least bit and that I would do a review on the next month's shipment. SO HEATHER ( A REAL ANGEL) asked me to send them pics of the shredded parcel and send it them. Long story short HEATHER & the rest of the team actually sent me a replacement braclet no charge which I just got yesterday and need to do a video review on it tonight. Aurabloom is a small company doing things the Right & decent way. I plan on staying with them until I can build a DAMM with all the beautiful crystals & stones. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

I have been getting Aurabloom since the beginning of the year and I absolutely love it! I just got a rose quartz necklace and I don't think its going to come off. Thank you Aurabloom!

I think the product it’s ok
My problem is that I have tried to cancel my subscription and it’s impossible
If you try doing using their website it comes up with an error, I send 4x emails now with no reply, I will have to contact my bank to get this cancel
Very frustrating

My Labradorite came to me at the perfect time. I have been navigating loss and big transitions. When my crystal arrived this month and it was a stone specifically to help with that, and it felt like the universe was speaking to me. Thank You Aura Bloom for this experience and I can't wait to see what comes next month.

I personally love the site, and I enjoy the trial with the products they’ve given. Customer service is a breeze and very kind and helpful. I think they are a great company, and if you love crystals, then you’d love the surprises you get with your subscription every month 🩷

I was hesitant to explore aura bloom as people claim that REAL crystals are more expensive, well... my first crystal was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS --> it was a unique surprise -- a laboradite crystal and as i have a pendant, I knew IMMEDIATELY that it was REAL. It came at the EXACT right time for new beginnings. Thank you so much 💓 keep them coming!!!!

Aurabloom sent me gorgeous crystals! My labradorite crystal is a beautiful shape and it feels so good in my hands. The colors just glow. So far I am super impressed with the company and look forward to growing my collection!! Highly recommend them.

Very shady. VIP club is a lie. You get one month at the “special price” and then more than doubles. You get nothing worth what you spend. Canceling a subscription is a pain in the ass. Caught lying about prices and brought it to their attention and had to threaten legal action. I have ALL the evidence to prove what I’m saying is true. Went from$10.00 to $26.00 for shipping. I got one bracelet($26.66) and one very small clear quartz cluster($26.66). At separate times.The packaging cost more than the two items combined. And there is a yearly subscription fee that is not disclosed when signing up.

Vip crystal club sent me a laboradite moonstone this month. I love my crystal, it's beautiful with an incredible flash.

Each month has a truly special meaning, and the value for what you receive is so worth it! Furthermore the help of the service is top tier, an excellent company with beautiful intentions

May experience with this company was great! I was part of their VIP monthly crystal program. The crystals were always beautiful and of good quality. I liked the randomness of the crystal of the month. They would come in neatly wrapped in a red satin bag. They were sunshine to my mailbox! Their customer service was wonderful. They were quick to respond to any questions and when I lost my job and had to cancel they were very helpful with getting my refund processed quickly. I will definitely be joining back up when I get back on my feet .

Would not recommend.. first they trapped me in there program.. ‘just pay for shipping’ … I contacted them to cancel and then got charged again.. saying ..it’s a 2 step process to cancel process … SHADY SHADY SHADY…

My first delivery was for a Labradorite Moonstone which I'm absolutely in love with and I can't wait for the next one. Its just gorgeous and it makes me feel so grounded having it. I just love it sooo much.

The gems were beautiful and well packaged. The cards they send with the order is very informative when starting on your journey with crystals can't wait to see next months

So far Aurabloom has been great!! The Howlite bracelet I received is beautiful and I have worn it almost every day. The stone you sent me also is actually just what I needed to help guide me with patience and calmness as well as help me with the pain I endure on and off. I plan on wearing it thru the rest of my radiation treatment and then thru the rest of my breast cancer journey.
