The customer service was excellent! I couldn't locate my package (someone grabbed it and didn't tell me) and customer service was responsive and helpful. I have no doubt that if my package had been stolen, they would have sent me another one. The crystal itself is absolutely stunning! It has a beautiful shape, color, and the cards that came with it helped me lean into the meaning more. Definitely some of the best happy mail I've had in awhile!

I enjoy my subscriptions every month,they co.e with all the information o. What i was sent. And the customer service is outstanding! They go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. I have told my friends about them,and will tell more people,it's a great subscription.

I had to get replacement because my crystal looks like it had some type of paint on it. It was a clear quartz crystal cluster and I talk to them on messenger. They said they had to transfer me to my email or a Bleau agent was super kind and sweet and told me When it was possibly gonna be there. It arrived early. It’s so nice and beautiful. I got this crystal like six days ago and they were still able to give me another one! I appreciate it so much and most companies will not give you an another one!

Scammy. Do not sign up for the "free" VIP they raise the price to $25.00 a month then charge a $25 membership fee and there is no way to cancel.

I signed up for the “free vip crystals”, biggest regret and scam of my life. I’ve been arguing with them to cancel my subscription and they won’t. They won’t allow you to do it online and have to contact their support to cancel it. But the support literally manipulates you and won’t accept no for an answer.

Hi I'm Liz they made me feel so comfortable about the bracelet when I had bought two bracelets of the same and I was disappointed when both bracelets came to me fake beadsI I was so mad because I didn't want to give this to my son for his birthday and it was not real so when I got in contact with them they helped me to understand that there beads were real and that I didn't have any thing to worry about and they are so very nice they help you to come my fears and I couldn't be more grateful because at the same time I was getting ready to celebrate my son birthday my grandson was born right before his dad birthday what a blessing I receive two blessings at the same time I trust them and so should you trust with your heart not your head and you will not go wrong they are wonderful people and I am grateful that the universe brought them to me love and light always to you all ladies keep doing what you are doing and you will always be blessed thank you thank you thank you

I received an absolutely stunning labradorite from Aurora Bloom. The colors and rainbow flashing on the stone was breathtaking. I absolutely adore the stone. I highly recommend this company. They have beautiful stones and crystals.

I signed up to the vip crystal club under the illusion that you ‘just pay shipping’ the first month was about £4 and it crept up until I was paying £18 for shipping every month. The crystals are quite good quality but I would not pay this much for the crystals themselves for the size, let alone just shipping! I cancelled the subscription and instead of cancelling it they took payment at a lower rate without me confirming they were happy for them to take the money after I had said to cancel. Had to strongly argue over 6 emails to get them to actually cancel the subscription and refund me for the amount they took AFTER I said to cancel. Awful experience. Just go to the crystal shop, you’ll spend less and get a better service!

Any questions I had She got back to me in a quick timely manner.When I received my package of crystals from her they were very well packaged. When I opened up each individual bag and saw the crystals,braclets and necklaces with a detailed description I was amazed. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the descriptions were awesome. Her prices for what you get are amazing along with the discounts. I will definitely be staying as a customer. Wonderful products.

Each month AuraBloom sends a box with a theme.
Each month my daughter and I will open the package and look at what we received.
I then wait for AuraBloom to send an email asking how they did.
For a few months, the boxes were coming after AuraBloom asked.
My response was that I had not received the package.
I'm going to say that Heather found out what was going on with the shipping.
It's been straightened out.
When I do the reviews, my daughter and I decide who gets what items.
One of the best things is, my daughter and I have a rose quartz heart necklace each.
I wait each month to see if we received a second item and it goes to the one who doesn't have it yet.

Heather at AuraBloom was absolutely amazing to work with. I was going through a move and recent birth and someone stole my package from them and she helped me obtain a replacement. Quality crystals for very affordable prices with a cute little informational card about what they sent you every month! I got this gorgeous and ADORABLE rose quartz elephant bracelet this month (and I got the white Howlite heart bracelet from Aurabloom too!) And it MELTED my heart, "pink elephants" was my daughter's nursery theme, and I was just going through her blankets and old clothes, reminiscing about her newborn days (shes 3 now) and getting this bracelet in the mail a day later brought me to absolute tears! In a happy way!
