My enquiries via email on the product was responded promptly. It gave me reassurance and trusted that the company was legitimate.

This company steals images and product info from companies and fraudulently publishes them on the NineFit platform. They do not have the products, or the rights to use these images and brand names.

Love my product, had step by step updates from NineFit up until delivery.

Ordered some Burgtec spacers for $110 for a whole lot compared to 26 dollars each at other stores and I only received one set out of multiple 2 weeks late, apparently from Melbourne it said on the package and yet they say they are based in Sydney and I looked it up and there’s nothing there, I’m surprised I received one set of spacers.

Total waste of money and a scam like everything else, don’t buy from crappy ninefitau

Unfortunately the outer watch box was damaged and bag was torn on delivery but nothing was affected inside the box.
Was missing the plastic protective cover on watch face, did have it on the strap though. Seeing as it’s a present for my Boyfriend these little aspects are important when paying premium price for a watch that’s a third cheaper on eBay!
