I had some issues with my order I purchase ie. missing parts of bundle.

I was not issued my critical part for me to make use of my expensive order but I’ll say at least the online staff receiving my complaint/queery were punctual, friendly and good to deal with and done kinda what I think they could within their means. The f up was a weird uncommon situation and shit happens I guess do I would still recommend ninefit

Site is misleading, product is shipped from overseas, returning is extremely difficult and product itself is cheap rubbish priced as a premium product.

Ich habe bei Ninefit die Tees von Flightpath bestellt. Anschliessend erhielt ich Angebote von Flightpath, die offenbar meine Bestellung "blockierten". Nach Rückfrage wurde das Problem jedoch kompetent und rasch gelöst und die Tees wurden rechtzeitig geliefert.

Returned an order no refund given at all promises and weeks later nothing . Bank and fraud team involved and ups case open for fraud and no follow up stay away from this company I am out 500 euro and ups insurance claim and bank is my only option
