From my initial order everything was done to keep me informed as to when my gear would arrive and it did on time and as I had been advised when I made the order

Messed up my order, send me a tracking number that can’t be tracked…I send an email after 3 weeks and they’ve told me that they will processed and shipped it!!!f@&ck that not waiting for weekssss…and now still waiting for refund….what a waste of time…they shipped your product from overseas…get ready for custom tax.

Bought items through ninefit Australia and half the purchase didn't make it through customs and no refund because package at there end has delivered
No warehouse in Australia

I ordered an inflatable tube for towing behind our boat. It came with a free tow rope. First, they didn't disclose that the order was not being shipped from Australia but (allegedly) from USA. Secondly, I was then bombarded by spearphishing emails asking me to pay customs duty and having all the details of the order. These were clearly a scam and, when my wife called Ninefit they confirmed that the emails were a scam but didn't seem to care that their systems had been compromised. Thirdly, when the delivery arrived, all I got was the tow rope and not the inflatable. I called Ninefit but was put through to a call centre in India where I was told to send them a photograph of what had arrived and they would escalate the matter. Everything about this company screams "scam".

The product was completely as stated. Someti.es dedctiptions are hyped up but this product eas exactly as described i.e it lived up to the hype.

Great product and quality. Delivered on time.
