Ordered and paid for major brand sporting gear (ski boots) online. The site acknowledged the order and payment immediately, then no further communication. I chased 3 weeks later. The item was dispatched finally after 4 weeks from order, and took another 14 days to arrive. 6 weeks all up from order to receipt with a need to chase.

The quality of this basketball backpack is terrific. It is for my 8yr old boy who is tall for his age and it is absolutely perfect and will last a number of years. I am so happy I found this brand!

Paid $112 for a pelican torch with wand kit and holster only received want and holster no torch ive called twice a day for two weeks straight finally got onto someone and after I gave them the order details and what was wrong about the order and sent proof they hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone i have sent an email and still nothing… it took almost a month just to receive way less then half the order and customer service doesn’t exist as well as the products

Ordered item- was informed a week later product was out of stock. Have been chasing a refund since, and still no refund. useless company, avoid like the plague

I've read reviews where people ask for refunds and never receive them I threatened them with Fraud Squad and the sent me the money that day 214 $ out of pocket for 5 weeks

Most the positive reviews on here read like AI fakes

V300PF5 pelican vault case foam insert - ordered 2 by accident due to a error at the checkout. Contacted them via email and spoke to Sabrina whom was very helpful and managed to track down my order cancel the extra order and get my foam insert sent from USA to Australia in reasonable time.

You guys bring customer service to a new level. You got me the item even though it was rejected 3 times by transport services and was quickly delivered once through customs clearance. Have recommended to friends already and will use again. Absolute pinnacle of persistence and customer service.

Item was very poor quality for the price.

The product range at Ninefit is exceptional. They have brands that are normally not available in Australia. Their shipping times and communication re orders are also excellent.

Ordered shuffleboard accessory kit and pucks broke into 2 pieces on the first use. Customer service said "it's still useable" and offered 25% discount on next purchase when I asked for replacements. Very dissappointed with quality and service.

Ordered a Galaxy watch. I was kept up to date of progress with emails. It arrived when it said it would to my door. Very happy with watch. I would order from this site again.
