Llevo dos meses esperando un producto. Y les reclamo el dinero, y me dicen que me lo vuelven a enviar de nuevo con otra empresa de mensajería, y siempre es la misma. El producto cuando llega a la aduana, se pierde el rastro de el mismo.

The beans arrived in Hong Kong in perfect condition, great aroma. One suggestion to improve would be for Spicado / Navafresh to provide a CoA so I don’t have to perform the kill steps, before grinding and eating. I eat the whole bean including husk. Anyway I steamed a batch in the microwave oven at low intensity to preserve all benefits, dried thoroughly. All good !

The company sent me many emails about the processing. The shipping to Canada was fast.

Support staff were very helpful when my order was delayed. They maintained communication and stayed on the matter until I received my order.

Great, prompt and accurate service. A very minor observation: some of the product (in one container) is "over dessicated" and not really usable. That said, a nominal percentage, with the remainder quite satisfactory.

I have not received my order after 2 months of placing it. I have followed up multiple times and each time have been told it will be dispatched or is in shipping. May be a scam company.

I've ordered a small Seven Chakra Pyramid here, and got a bill from my post service (21.5 euro for customs processing by the post and 3.5 euro VAT) with a deadline to pay it. It's 2023, and since 2021 every shop, that sends to EU, knows to add the VAT to the price, and pay the VAT using IOSS, and attach IOSS to the parcel, to save the customers from overpriced post service bills. I've asked Navafresh Support if they did it, and if they can provide any evidence, which I could use when talking to post service, but got no reply at all within 2 working days. So I don't know whether Navafresh has paid it or not.
Navafresh could improve their Support latency, and probably even add IOSS information to order confirmation. If they don't use IOSS (I still don't know), they could also implement it in their shop.

My order came quickly and was well-wrapped.
