Hi ordered a bed for my son the service I got was unreal thanks to areeb, who made sure I got what I needed. The quality of the bed is so amazing I would recommend this company to everyone delivery was also very fast. Would use again.

Amare have called to discuss the review and stressed that they have had many issues with their logistic provider which they have now changed.
Update 2
Received the headboard and really happy with the quality and good value for amount paid. So for the product itself I would have given a 5 star review, unfortunately the communication or lack of, really let this purchasing experience down. Even at the end I had to request information, Amore customer service had informed me I would receive on the Tuesday or Wednesday it was delivered on the Friday. But I have the headboard now and as stated really happy with it. I will change from 2 to 3 star.
UPDATE
I have received an email to say that their logistics partner has let them down, Headboard is ready and they have changed logistics partner and delivery will be early next week. I will update my review again on receipt.
I do not give poor reviews easily as I know how this can affect a company, however, I am very disappointed with the service so far and the speed of response to emails. I ordered a head board over the new year, it being new year I expected it may take a little longer. I contacted customer service at the beginning of Jan and got a quick response saying they had my order and it was in process. We are now on the 6th Feb, email responses have been extremely slow, I had to threaten to go to pay pal and request a refund before I received a response. I was told at the beginning of last week that production would finish that week and to expect delivery early this week, it is Thursday and despite sending an email on Tuesday no response yet and no delivery date.

First of all I would like to start by stating the important fact of the customer service provided by Zak, he was brilliant during all the difficulties I've had to endure and done his best to replace my bed on three different occasions.
I initially ordered my bed end of November and only received it maybe a week ago and this is because the first delivery was not done to the color I ordered and the other two separate delivery attempts my bed was damaged due to the courier being at fault.
I mean the bed is beautiful and good quality and I did receive a free of charge storage box all thanks to Zak but the ordeal was very stressful for me and a horrible experience.

I can’t begin to express how amazing this company has been, specifically Areeb. I contacted him on WhatsApp about a potential bed purchase after going months waiting for a previous bed I ordered from another company. After explaining the situation to him he was wonderful and reassured me every step of the way, and updating me regularly with my order. I received the bed the same week which is amazing considering it was custom built the way I wanted it. The bed itself is amazing quality too and built to last.. I’ll most definitely be ordering more beds from here in the future. Thankyou so much Areeb!
Ordered a bed for my daughter
Ordered a bed for my daughter, there was an issue with the delivery so as a good will gesture they sent a storage box for free which was greatly appreciated. My daughter is more than happy with her new bed.
I received great customer service and can’t fault them and I have just ordered my son a bed from them too.
Exceptional customer service - High quality goods
I honestly cannot praise this company enough. I received the first bed (which I mistakenly ordered without drawers) despite being well wrapped the courier company managed to snap the headboard in half. Ordered a second bed with drawers. Amare Living sent a replacement headboard and the second bed. Both arrived damaged despite 3 layers of wrapping and additional material placed to protect the beds. I felt so bad for them but they were resilient in making me happy by sending a third bed and 2 headboards. These packages had about 5 layers of wrapping and I received these and am happy. Amare Living have even offered to pay for the removal of the other bed and headboards. The level of customer service is exceptional. The beds are beautiful. I had the headboard custom made larger and matched a headboard from one range with a base from another. Nothing is a problem for this company. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Do not do business with this company
Do not do business with this company. I bought a bed from them barely over a year ago, since that time (baring in mind it's not even a main bed and is used once or twice a month at most) it has broken twice to the point where it is unusable. I have twice had to order parts to fix it and the last time I was made to pay, oh and to top it off they didn't even send me the part (I ordered and paid for the part in mid November it is now January 2025 and I still don't have it). They don't answer calls they don't answer emails they don't answer my DMs on insta, so please be warned this is not a company you want to do business with. Biggest waste of a grand ever.
Poor Quality Product and Customer Service
Prior to our purchase, customer service was great. Unfortunately this has not been the case since receiving the bed. There were a some issues (non pre drilled rough cut sawn timber planks for bed slats, plus issues with the button patterning and height of the headboard). The company then tried to charge us to rectify their own mistakes! We refused to do this and since then they have stopped responding to our communications and we remain completely dissatisfied with our purchase. There is an extreme lack of customer care provided throughout the length of the customer journey and only seems to be present if the customer has no issues with their order.

Shocking company to deal with. Highly recommended, much like many other disgruntled customers, that you DO NOT purchase anything from them. Horrendous customer service - when you do eventually get to speak to the someone, they are rude, dismissive and in no way helpful.

I was anxious about making such an expensive purchase online, without seeing the item first. However, Amare had the bed I wanted and they were very helpful answering all my questions and reassuring me about their customer care.
I need not have worried. I have had the bed for 6 weeks and I am very happy with it. I have not used the storage so I have not used the gas lift mechanism yet, but the bed itself appears to be solid, well built and good quality. I love the Oxford Wingback design and cream crushed velvet fabric is very special. The bed supports my mattress and looks lovely in my room. There was an initial confusion about the delivery date, which the customer care sorted out quickly and without fuss. I wanted the delivery after my new cream carpet was fitted and Amare organised it for me. I am happy with the product and happy with the service. One slight issue was when the delivery guys took my bed to the upstairs bedroom, they took off their shoes, however, the bed packaging was dirty and marked my carpet. That was disappointing. Overall I recommend Amare. Thank you for your care.
Shocking company, shocking customer service…
Bought a bed off this company using Wowcher, and was delivered the wrong bed. The headboard is different to the pictures. I paid for a gas lift ottoman storage bed, and was delivered a bed without storage. I have emailed and called Amare Living a number of times to no outcome other than if I want them to collect it and issue a refund I have to pay £50 or if I want the gas lift storage I have to pay £125. I have screenshots of the initial advert and confirmation emails but no where does it say I have to ring Amare and pay extra for the gas lift option. It’s written throughout the advert and the picture includes gas storage. When I raised this and sent them the screenshots they have now amended the advert on Wowcher so we’re clearly falsely advertising the bed and cost initially. I have submitted complaint emails on a weekly basis and receive emails back asking for more money. They fail to see this is their error.
I would never use this company again. Their customer service is shocking, they are unhelpful and only want to cover their back which is why the advert has been changed now, but I still have all the initial screenshots and confirmation details.
We saved up for months for this bed and bought this one specifically for the storage and with such good reviews we were impressed and went ahead.
Sadly due to their incompetence and shocking customer service I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They don’t deal with emails quickly, if you ring your told to email but when you do your waiting a week for a reply. Now we have a bed and mattress we haven’t used for four weeks! Shocking behaviour! Money grabbing saying we need to shell out more money to fix their error.

Fantastic Service !!
Purchased three headboards from Amare Living after sending off for some material samples to help choose which ones were required. Booked express delivery and despite them having issues with staff shortages (drivers off unwell), they bent over backwards to ensure I received them by my required time and kept me up to date continually, thank you Amare Living. First class service and the headboards are beautiful and good quality at great prices. Can’t recommend them highly enough !!
