Ordered a bed through wowcher
Ordered a bed through wowcher. A week had gone by with no confirmation from this company, I rang to confirm my order and ask when the delivery date was, they said EITHER WEDNESDAY (11TH FEB) OR FRIDAY (13TH FEB). I dont know how they couldn't tell me a date even though on my confirmation from wowcher it says by the 11th Feb. We are now the 15th Feb and still nothing.
Fantastic service from Amare living
Fantastic service from Amare living. Came out late at night to deliver my daughters bed even though we wasn't local. Bed is perfect for our daughter and she loves it. Thank you so much
King Bed via Wowcher
Bought a king bed via Wowcher, expected delivery within two weeks. Delivery date (9th Feb) passes. No communication from them despite several emails using the contact provided on Wowcher. Called the number on the Amare website to be told it’ll be either Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Waited in - Nothing. Called again on the Saturday to be told ‘I’ll call you back in 4 hours because my phone’s on 1%’!! . Next day, had a call, bed will be with me Monday. Great! 4th day off work waiting for the bed. Delivery driver called at 1:30pm the headboard is damaged, replacement with be ready and with me on Wednesday 18th. No problem. 5th day waiting. No show. Thursday 6:50pm delivery arrives without any notice! 🫣 The bed itself is gorgeous, solid, love it. This would be a 5 star review if the company got their act together and upped their customer service and communication processes. I couldn’t care less if the order is delayed. Just let me know and answer your emails!! Wowcher processes don’t provide any complaints procedures or avenues to report poor service or lack of communication. Dreadful experience.
Really nice bed at a very reasonable…
Really nice bed at a very reasonable price. Really simple to put together and didn’t take long. Delivery was quick. Communication with them was great! The boss even gave me his Watsapp to deal with him direct as I needed the bed asap. Delivery driver was great too. I thought he was coming a bit later on but he came a little earlier than I thought and said he would wait around for me if I wasn’t back in time! All round great experience with Amari and would definitely use them again .

I ordered a bed from this company through the wowcher website, it was due to get delivered yesterday, (Wednesday) needs to say , I'm still waiting, I emailed this company yesterday, to No avail I haven't heard anything from them. Not Happy !!!
I sent an email to wowcher who then got in contact, with this merchant, I then called the merchant, so GOOD NEWS they were delivering my bed on Friday (today) The delivery guy Riz was soo nice & helpful . I would recommend him. He kept in touch to say how long he would be. Happy customer.

Received my delivery earlier then scheduled, I must say that I got a excellent service from this company. The day of delivery the two guys got held up with deliveries called and asked did I still want it has it would be quite late,, still came that night. Both guys were so professional, I will definitely use in the future. Will recommend to others.

I just received my new bed and I couldn’t be happier! It arrived right on time, exactly as promised. The quality is absolutely amazing- Study, comfortable and even better than I expected. The packaging was secure everything was in perfect condition, and the setup was super easy. I’m genuinely impressed and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a high-quality bed. Five stars all the way!
Please don’t buy from amare living
Please don’t buy from amare living, their after service sucks. It is best to go with reputed brands like dreams or furniture village instead of these people. Amare living bed quality is really bad. I have spent almost £729 for a Maddison king bed which didn’t even last for 3 full years and I have tried every possible way to reach out to them and no response or atleast no message saying they will look into it. I have booked for an installation when I placed my order and the people who installed the bed didn’t do it proper I have complained but no response even at that time. As I have already paid full price I had get it sorted by myself. The just need money once they get their money they don’t bother about customer care.

Definitely the worst company I have had the mis-pleasure of dealing with. No communication rude staff and useless couriers so here is a little timeline of events ordered a bed through wowcher and was told delivery would be 27th October great i thought until the following.
22/10/20
19:23 missed call.
19:25 received a call from courier saying he has a bed to deliver, I said great when he says 40 minutes. I said I cant accept as no-one told me.
19:29 he rings back saying he spoke to Amare and told him he had to deliver i said no.
20:14 he pulls up outside my house saying he is delivering and i have to accept and that i can leave it in my garden, to say the least I lost my cool by now and sent him packing.
20:18 he's boss called and informed me that I was refusing a delivery that I was informed about which was is total lies.
22:06 missed call i was in bed.
22:09 message saying my bed will be delivered the next day between 11-4 and I would get a call.

I had to take a day off work unpaid as too short notice to book holiday, thank you amare for costing me a day's wages.

15:47 courier calls to say he is running late and won't be with me for at least a couple hours. Which did annoy me but things happen so fair played but the lack of communication was disgusting.
Delivery arrives just after 6pm.
Overall the product itself was good quality and would have been value for money if it weren't for the loss of earnings and stress caused.

I bought a Grand Panel Bed from amare living. I was hoping it would all go well but it was better than expected. The quality was 10/10 and the delivery driver even dropped the bed to the room of my choice. Thanks to Ian the driver great customer service!
Terrible customer service
Ordered a few beds which were lovely. One of the best were boucle and when they came, the end of the bed was a different material. Emailed several times to see if they could sort it out but no response!! Shocking customer service!

Easy to order.
Delivery was a mission as i was not kept updated i had to keep ringing to check where they were.
But was delighted with the products.
Poor quality, no response from customer services
Bed frame provided has a number of issues (scratched material, poor quality craftmanship, and even feet of bed provided in wrong colour). Raised issue with customer services, I promptly provided the photos requested, but since then have not heard anything back at all for 7 months now despite sending numerous chasers. Very disappointing. Will be seeking legal advice shortly.
5-star service from a great family business
Highly recommend Amare Living! Definitely a 5-star service!
I bought a Super King size divan base and also an oversized headboard (2.1m tall). I was struggling to find a supplier that could provide both with matching fabric. Rashaad at Amare Living went out of his way to source the specific fabric we wanted and sent us a sample that we received within a week of our first enquiry. Both items were then made within a few days and Rashaad delivered to our home the next day and installed the headboard onto the wall.
The price was very reasonable too. Total cost was a saving of over 30% compared to buying them separately from two suppliers (which would have meant different fabrics).
We’ll definitely be back in the future. Great family business and the nicest people you would ever want to meet.
Fantastic service after initial hiccup.
Initially, I had some difficulty getting in touch with Amare Living, which was a bit frustrating. However, once I was in contact, Uzair was fantastic. He kept in regular communication, providing updates and making sure I was informed every step of the way.
The company went above and beyond by replacing my faulty bed with a brand new alternative.
Uzair personally delivered the replacement bed promptly and without any fuss.
I really appreciated the effort and customer care as I recently came out of hospital following surgery and urgently needed a bed. I would recommend the company to friends.

Bought a bed off these guys last week after ordering swatches not knowing what to expect but I tell you Ray was a gentleman gave me an exact timescale and got me my bed within a week! I will certainly be recommending these guy to my family and friends.
