Never received my order and unresponsive customer service!!! Never received my order but fortunately was able to get my money back through bank dispute. Don’t buy from this website.
Scam. They unknowingly sign you up for a monthly membership which ends up being more than the 1 time purchase you make.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

They take your money but never deliver the goods and never reply to emails and are totally un-contactable.
This is nothing but a scam website that is allowed to operate in the UK!

First time ever ordering a few weeks ago. A label was created but the item never actually shipped. When questioned I was told they’d try looking in the office for the package, but at this point it won’t arrive in time so I cancelled the order. Still waiting on a refund though. I wouldn’t try buying from here again.
First of all I am starting to doubt if this company exists. Hope I am not out of $ for nothing. I ordered at the end on Nov and delivery said between Dec 13-17. I have not received shipment update. Emailed them twice and no response. Don't bother, go to Aritzia. Thay's where I got a hoodie for Christmas as this one evidently will not make it before Christmas.
Honestly. I wouldn’t even rate them “1 star”. I live in Sweden and I saw their ad and thought “why not?”. So I bought one pair of their linen pants (14th June) and it said that I would get it delivered in 1 - 3 workdays. After the 1 - 3 workdays I had not gotten any updates so I decided to reach out to them. So I kindly asked “could I get some updates on my order? Or is there anyway I could track it?” They completely ignored answering my question and instead cried that they make them “by hand” which I do not buy at all. They said “it takes 2 - 3 weeks to make them by hand, and then additionally 1 - 3 workdays for shipping”. But why doesn’t it say that on their website at “about us”?? It would’ve been much easier to understand if they could like point it out BEFORE a customer makes an order. A few days later I reached out to them again (don’t remember what I asked) via their website. Guess what… they gave me the SAME REPLY WORD BY WORD WITHOUT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. So now (26th June) I decided to reach out to them again to cancel my order so I could get my money back and buy a pair of them in like H&M. They tried to keep me but I replied “no I want to cancel it either way.”. They replied kindly with “fine” and when I read the reply to see who it was from IT WAS FROM THEIR EMPLOYEE WHO SAID SHE WAS WORKING THERE AS A SUMMER JOB (basically she’s around 16-19).
Personally I don’t think they take responsibility at all. If they do make their clothing “by hand” at least make the clothing before hand so one don’t order something and has to wait a month or two.
The clothes are amazing quality, I have nothing to complain about there. However they have terrible customer service.
I bought TWICE (24th of March) so I wouldn't have to pay a big sum in customs. Estimated shipping was 10-26th of April, which is fine since it's a small business. However I had gotten absolutely no message from them regarding the shipping for weeks, so I reached out 16th of April to ask.
Later they printed two shipping labels, since there were TWO orders. Only one order was shipped off, since they decided to disregard the fact I bought twice and sent it off as one big package, resulting in problems with customs, since the value now was over a certain limit.
Nevertheless I resorted it, no thanks to Amaré, although I contacted them (no response).
I opened my package (arrived 7th of MAY) and all the clothes I bought were there except the most expensive one, which was a bundle. The second shipping label was also never used.
I have now reached out to them multiple times again, explaining that some of my order is missing. I have yet to get a response from them.
I would never recommend this to anyone living outside of the USA.
I am truly sad about this since I've been following the business' progress for a long time and was incredibly happy to be able to order from them, but I won't make that mistake again.
The staff however is very nice when they actually respond. I wish there was a more direct way of contacting them, such as a live chat.
I'd love to change my review, if the store takes the right measurements.
