Horrendous service, lack of communication and empathy. No attempt to apologize or resolve the fact it's almost4 weeks over the expected delivery date. Very rude, would never deal with them again.

FIRST CLASS from start to finish and I am very fussy!
Received the Presidential king size bed this week and it is absolutely beautiful and so well made. They delivered and assembled it for me too. The service from ordering to delivery was first class. The two guys who delivered were so polite and helpful, explained how gas lift worked and made sure the bed was put exactly where we wanted it. They even took their shoes off without being asked. Lovely guys and I can highly recommend Amare Living from start to finish. Thank you xx

Bought a bunkbed from Amare
Bought a bunkbed from Amare. Great price for the quality of the bed. Very solid and good instructions.
I managed it on my own but I am a tradesman, when lifting I’d advise two people at times.
Delivery was quick and they called prior to arriving. Great service throughout and no hassle at all.

Top Notch Customer Service and even better Beds!
From my first interaction to the delivery the service has been outstanding. I asked to see what the beds looked like and I was sent images and videos of completed beds to help me make my decision. No question was too much.
The beds themselves are nothing less than outstanding. After looking at so many beds, styles and companies, I'm so glad I went with Amare Living. I bought two side opening ottoman beds the buid and materials they use are great quality. so many people have asked where I got out beds, I highly recommend them.

Love my bed!!
Bought a double bed but decided to change my mind to get the king instead. Amare living were extremely helpful and delivered a king for me which I love! I also added a mattress to the order which is extremely comfy. Really please with this company and the bed frame is amazing and was easy to build! Thankyou so much!

Good, comms could be better
Ordered through Wowcher on 16th March, & their website stated delivery by 25/03/24, so emailed Amare living for an update on the 25/03 as I haven’t been contacted by them & I don’t really have any expectations when it comes to Wowcher’s guidance from past experience.
Amare Living’s response:
Thank you for your message. Our standard delivery times are up to 7-14 working days – we are not quite sure why you are being promised unachievable delivery timings by Wowcher. This is something we shall take up with them. By way of update, your order is currently in production and as soon as it is ready for dispatch, we shall be in touch to confirm a time slot for you.
Wasn’t interested in finding out about their third-party seller issues 😅 just the bed, food for thought. Didn’t hear from them after that and my details were passed directly to the delivery company ‘SGK’ who contacted on 29/03 with bed delivered on 4/04.

My fabulous bed arrived today. I love it! Delivered by an amazing delivery company who were polite, courteous and professional. I had a couple of queries and slight delay as not mainland based but sorted very quickly. Highly recommend!
