I was very impressed at the quotation we got for the insurance, so much so that we signed up on the phone to ensure all the information was correct.
Sadly, the same day I had a collision. I reported it and felt heard and understood and felt the whole process was handled very professionally.

Outstanding service by Parv Gill
I contacted the team after a car crashed into me while I was riding my motorbike. I was extremely stressed and anxious as I rely on my motorbike every day and this was my first ever accident. My claim was handled by Parv Gill in the no‑fault department and he was exceptional throughout. Parv explained everything clearly, stayed calm and reassuring and was consistently professional. In a moment where I felt overwhelmed, his communication and support genuinely made the process easier. Parv is a real credit to the team.

Delivery was excellent but the quality of the work not so good
The delivery of my bike no problem but yet again how did it get past quality control with the tank pad lifting on both sides and air bubbles within the knee pads ?? I will not send my bike back again I intend to get it sorted at my local Kawasaki dealer
