Needed to make a yearly milage adjustment, this was sorted very efficently by isabella and cost was minimall so well pleased

Loved the helpful member of staff and the way she helped add a new bike to the policy. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Clearly wrll trainedand honestly interested in her work.. 10 out of 10.

Didnt like the admin charge of £35 as id always believed BeMoto didnt do that to customers, its one of the reasons Ive remained loyal to them for 3 years in a row.. Ill be shopping around next time renewal is due..

The musical hold jazz is still the best out there though, so that helped..

Hidden, and extra, fees are not a good idea if you want loyalty.

It makes people wonder what the service would be like in a claim situation...

Manny was a very nice advisor and knew his stuff very helpful and clear. Just a word to Bemoto somehow cut down the legal woffle help out your customers and advisers.

The gentleman I spoke to this morning (Manny) was polite, friendly although professional with it and understood what I required. He carried out my request with courtesy and professionalism with a personal touch. BEmoto have always been my choice for my insurance needs at a good price.

We have just renewed my motor bike insurance over the phone spoke to manny very jolly polite and friendly man.
Although we didn’t receive a renewal quote like you normally do it was all very easy.

I’m a happy existing policy holder for a multi bike policy. Rang to arrange cover for a change of bike, dealt with quickly and efficiently by knowledgable, friendly staff. No admin fee for the required change was a bonus!

Bemoto offer a great call centre experience. They answer quickly, are courteous and answer queries efficiently
My representative called Manny was already emailing my documents to me whilst he was discussing my issues. A top class experience that I can thoroughly recommend. 5 stars without a doubt.

The dreaded "my insurance has gone up yet again so need to call them and argue to save money" call. However this time I was pleasantly surprised as Connor who I spoke with firstly assisted me with reducing my renewal price due to new underwriters (?) becoming available, but thanks to his offer of checking whether a multibike policy would be better value (never was, always far too expensive vs insuring both separately which was a faff!) I have now insured both of my motorbikes under a multibike policy for only £2 more than what I was originally paying a month for just the Ducati! Connor was very easy to deal with, not pushy at all and very professional. I was able to say "this is what I would ideally like" and he accommodated. All in all a very positive phone call and very very happy that he suggested we look at the multibike option! Thanks again Connor, I think your managers need to by you a drink or something! ;)

I spoke to Manny to update my policy to add another bike, I was on the phone for an hour as he had to move the bikes around, he kept coming back to me to keep me updated as he made changes to make the new bike the main one on the policy, very friendly and helpful and although it took a while, I never felt just left on hold.
