Professional approach from start to finish
The conversation with David P. stayed on topic, and everything was explained very clearly. Any sensitive information was spelled out to ensure there was no room for misunderstanding.
Towards the end, David checked several times to make sure everything was clear and offered further assistance should I need to reach out again.

Revised review
After my first review about this company on 7th October I have been contacted by the company and they made no excuses and stated the items I raised were failings. Since then they have been more than helpful especially the attachments to their emails which were guides on how to do things. The engineer was very helpful and my claim was soon settled.

Graham arrived within the specified time period and he was very helpful and informative about the whole process. The only issue I had was with the notification from the company, I didn’t receive an initial email to tell me what was happening and I had to ring the company to find out what was happening So the five stars were for graham

Beyond awful
Beyond awful. Anyone ever considering using this company should ping me first. High score - but just look at all of none direct comments! None responsive. None committal and have not been able to explain why my bike is still awaiting repair after the other party has admitted full responsibility and the loss adjuster has approved the charges. Customer services please contact me because my bike has been off the road for over 6 weeks!
