I was involved in a motorcycle collision and after dealing with several other companies and departments - insurers, underwriters, legal companies, claims management, etc. the case eventually passed to Bike Assist. They provided the support and administration when the case came to Civil Court.

The member of staff assigned to my case, Mr Leon Warren, was absolutely outstanding. From the outset they had a full grasp of the case and explained to me each step of the way. Bike Assist reached out following an road traffic collision I had been involved in and I'm glad they did. Once details were established my case was handed over to Darren, who was super supportive and patient with all my various questions. Due to a number of injuries and ongoing investigation the case was prolonged quite a bit, but Darren kept me in the loop throughout and advised me where he legally could.
