My Team & I recently attended the Emergency First Aid at Work course with Natalie from 1st Steps First Aid, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very start, she created a welcoming and supportive learning environment that immediately put everyone at ease.
Natalie has a fantastic way of breaking down complex information into clear, practical steps, making it easy to understand and remember. The balance between theory and hands-on practice was spot on — we came away feeling confident in our ability to respond to real-life emergencies, not just having ticked a box for certification.

who knew training on a Saturday could be enjoyable
Never did I think training on a Saturday would be enjoyable but Natalie is a great first aid trainer and made it fun.
I’ve done 2 day first aid course a couple of times over my childcare career and I can honestly say I feel like I learned so much more with Natalie.
Can’t recommend enough……

The course tutor was fabulous she explained everything we needed to know down to the very last detail. The course was also enjoyable and friendly. The practical was also enjoyable anything we got wrong she'd come over and check and show what we did wrong till we got it right.

1st steps first Aid, the hole day from start to finish, was really relaxed, Natalie was a very nice lady, made things easy to understand and take in . She couldn't do enough for everyone in our group. Some new to first aid but Natalie had different ways of communicating so everyone went anyway with greater knowledge. Highly recommend 100%. Hopefully in 3 years we will have her back . Thanks Nat
