Annette was great, she was very helpful with all my questions. She offered the advice and information I needed that I hadn't received from anyone else. The only niggle I had was not receiving any notifications that my order was being processed. This was my first time using SecuriCare so I was a little freaked out that my order would not be delivered on time. Annette put my mind at rest and explained how everything works. Next time my order is placed I won't be so nervous about it because I now know the process.
