One star because I have to rate. 0 stars is just about right. Never EVER again. No customer service whatsoever. They do not work around you as they state in their email. We arrived early at Malaga airport and were told to leave and come back 10 minutes later because we were too early and they would charge us. We paid and left and came back 20 minutes later and they were still not happy. As they spoke to us they wouldnt even look at you and were walking away. We had 15 minutes to check into our flight and no one would help us. We left to another carpark service where their cusromer care was more efficient and were prompt so that we wouldnt be too late to check in.

Terrible, terrible service

Friendly efficient and helpful. I am shocked to see the bad reviews. I genuinely had the best experience with these guys! I was very stressed on drop off but they accommodated me so well. I thought they were amazing and my car was handed back to me on time with no fuss and it was cleaned!

Just sharing with you, I booked with 1 Parking Malaga at the airport, on my return last night I called the 1 Parking to let them know that I was walking to the meet point to collect my car, 4 times I called no answer, so I went to the guy in the car park drop off to let him know, soon as I arrived a Dutchman was fed up he was waiting 1 hour by then no car, in the end his car was delivered 2 hours , 30 mins, he called the office of the company, was informed 2 flights came in at the same time, that doesn’t make sense , 1 it’s a airport, 2 there was staff hanging about sometimes 4 playing with their lighters having chats, plus some people only waited 15 mins when they had arrived over an hour after me, I questioned them numerous times with a reply “ tranquilo “ my car eventually arrived 2 hours , 7 mins from when I arrived with zero explanation from them on the disgusting service. Sorry for the rant but the time I had waited I could have flown back to many countries in the EU 😳

Nos estafaron 145€. Somos clientes desde hace dos años, pero no en el futuro. Ahora pasaremos a una empresa seria. ¿Por qué? Porque la empresa 1Parking no reembolsa 145€ por el servicio de ITV y pre check aunque no hayan realizado los servicios.
Después de pagar 145 € (28 de abril de 2023), les dimos fechas y recordatorios por adelantado. A pesar de una solicitud de reembolso (23 de febrero de 2024) y varios recordatorios, no hay reembolso. No responden en absoluto.
El coche tenía prohibición de circular cuando lo recogimos el 21 de febrero de 2024.
Nunca más esta empresa.
They cheated us out of €145. We have been customers for two years, but not in the future. We will now switch to a serious company. Why? Because the 1Parking company does not reimburse €145 for the ITV service and pre-check even though they have not performed the services.
After we paid €145 (April 28, 2023) we gave them dates and reminders in advance. Despite a refund request (February 23, 2024) and several reminders, no refund. They don't respond at all.
The car had a driving ban when we picked it up on February 21, 2024. Never again this company.

Picked my car up from Alicante airport. Took them over an hour to get to me “I’ll be ten minutes” then “I’ll be ten minutes” then…. Car arrived with zero deisal, it was nearly a quarter tank full when I left it. When I say 0 I mean 0 miles. Nearest garage is 5km away.
The knob from the top of my gear stick was broken off and they now don’t answer the phone

Property stolen from our car.
Company not interested. Refused to hand over our keys until we paid.
The valet called his colleagues at one point there were 5 of them surrounding me, intimidating me. The valet called me a puta (w***e)
Emailed to get a refund but not even an acknowledgment has been sent! Aenas/Malaga Airport must relinquish their contract on these thieves.

Such a bad experience.

A year ago we paid for the parking service at 1-parking. A couple of months later when we picked up the car at Malaga Airport the car was damaged in the rear.

Since then I have tried to make them repair the car but nothing happens! They don’t even bother to reply.

If you are looking for a parking service at the Malaga Airport I highly recommend you to look somewhere else

Por llegar 15 min tarde, habiendo avisado el día anterior, me cobran 5 euros de más. El día de recogidas tardan 50 min en llevármelo, sin limpieza exterior e interior que es lo que había pagado. Me dicen que si quiero que deje el coche allí y me lo limpian...siendo esto las 00:50... y cómo me voy a casa con los dos niños?. encima despúes de esperar ese tiempo debo pagar 3 euros mas de parking. lamentable.

Contrato la “zona 2” . En la página web te pone el precio por la duración de la estancia y las condiciones. Entre otras la limpieza exterior e Interior. La limpieza interior es la segunda vez que no la hacen y al reclamar dicen que es un servicio de “cortesía “, que es lo que he firmado en el contrato. LA ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE UTILIZO SUS SERVICIOS

Muy mala experiencia.
Cuando volvimos de nuestro viaje nos entregaron el coche lleno de cacas de pájaros, el suelo del coche en la parte del conductor llena de barro seco. Pedimos explicaciones de por qué nos entregaban el coche así de sucio cuando nos habían prometido el coche lavado!!!
Muy groseramente nos dijeron que si queríamos lo lavaban pero que tendríamos que esperar como una hora y después pagar el parking del aeropuerto.
Otra cosa que nos sorprendió es que teníamos que pagar en efectivo solamente. Cómo permiten los aeropuertos de Alicante y Málaga negocios como este en sus recintos? No usen este parking bajo ningun circunstancia si quierenevitarse malos ratos.
Tengo fotos del estado del coche cuando lo recogimos, pero no sé como adjuntarlas aquí

Primero tardaron 15min al recoger el coche en aeropuerto de Alicante, al regreso después de 3 llamadas tardaron una hora al devolver el coche y el mas grave coche golpeado. Muy mal servicio 😡 😡😡😡😡😡

NO LO ACONSEJO EN LO ABSOLUTO!!!!!! No les doy un 0 porque no se puede.La noche del 20 de Noviembre llegamos al aereopuerto cansados del viaje evidentemente a recoger nuestro vehículo y nos tuvieron esperando una hora a nosotros y a varias familias más con excusas absurdas como que habíamos hablado con la central y no habían recibido el aviso etc… cosa que no era cierta porque era el número de teléfono de la oficina de Malaga y pasado un buen rato volvimos a llamar nos decian que nuestro coche ya estaba de camino etc .Trabajan con mucha desorganización, entregaron el coche a un par de clientes que habían llegado después de los que estábamos esperando allí y habían varios empleados allí esperando no sé a qué en lugar de marcharse a seguir subiendo los coches de los otros clientes. Cuando por fin aparecieron con nuestro coche les dije que no les debía pagar por incumplir con lo pactado sin un motivo justificado que donde estaban nuestros derechos como clientes su respuesta fue entonces con tono ya amenazante que no me entregaban las llaves si no les pagaba que se iban y que les volviese a llamar cuando decidiera pagarles UNA VERGÜENZA!!!!!!!! Hago a tiempo pasado la reseña para evitar que le ocurra esto a más personas que se sientan engañadas por esta empresa tan poco profesional

Consejo: Contratar otra empresa.

Os dejo mi experiencia (nefasta)

Mientras esperábamos a que nos trajesen el coche, había otros clientes quejándose y queriendo poner una reclamación, el trabajador les indicaba de mala manera donde ir a hacerlo, así empezamos ….

Luego cuando nos trajeron nuestro coche, lo examinamos y estaba RAYADO, se lo digo al trabajador (un "niñato" que anteriormente despachó a dos mujeres de mala manera) el cual empieza a poner excusas, le digo que quiero poner hoja de reclamaciones y empieza a ponerse ya nervioso. Le decimos que queríamos ver las fotos que le hicieron al coche en el momento de la entrega y nos daba largas, que si tenían muchas fotos BLA BLA pero que antes pagara (eso es lo que le interesaba, cobrar nada más). Nuestra siguiente sorpresa es que el coche la parte del conductor estaba lleno de BARRO, por lo que resulta que después de estar viajando desde las 8 de la mañana y llegar a las 13:30, tenemos que perder nuestro tiempo en ir a la nave donde tienen las oficinas a que nos limpien el coche y poner reclamación.

Luego tienen la CARA TAN DURA, que te dicen que la limpieza es CORTESÍA, pero claro el coche se lo entregué limpio y sin arañazos y me lo devolvieron SUCIO Y ARAÑADO

Nefasto, no contratar! Contrate un servicio en el aeropuerto de Málaga de 5 días, la entrega del vehículo iba a retrasarme por culpa del trafico y llame una y otra vez saltándome el contestador automático y sin obtener respuesta, 5 minutos antes de llegar me llama un operario y estas son sus palabras.." que es la 1de la tarde!! (mentira porque eran las 12:45 y teníamos la entrega a las 12:30) adonde estai??" palabras textuales y tono chulesco .. en fin llegamos entregamos y cogimos el vuelo, pero ahí no acaba todo, a la vuelta mas de lo mismo intento llamar a los dos tlf y nadie coge el tlf y asi una hora y media después por fin cogeen el tlf y dicen que ya van en camino.. para terminar, por favor no contratéis este servicio por lo menos en el AEROPUERTO DE MALAGA A 1PARKING!!! nefasto, mal servicio, trato inexistente, personal antipático y con prisas cuando son ellos los que nos hacen esperar..... en fin espero que esto os ayude a buscar otra alternativa.

Nos devolvieron nuestro coche con el parachoques trasero roto después de dejarlo en sus manos un fin de semana. Llevamos más de dos meses reclamando y nada, sin respuesta de ningún tipo. No es mi coche el primero que devuelven con muchos y graves desperfectos. Os animo a buscar reseñas y fotos para ver en qué estado devuelven los coches.

Dejamos el coche varios días en el parking y al recogerlo notamos que habían roto la zona del mecanismo para regular los espejos retrovisores desde la puerta del conductor.
Nos dijeron en el momento que como era tarde llamásemos o escribiésemos un correo al día siguiente. Desde entonces hemos contactado en varias ocasiones con ellos sin éxito. Siempre nos dan largas y a día de hoy, más de tres semanas después, seguimos con el mecanismo roto y sin que hayan contactado con nosotros.
La atención es pésima.

I wouldn't recommend 1-parking at Alicante airport. We left our car with them for 6 days in February, we waited 40 minutes for them to return our car, on it's return the car was wet as it had just been washed. The guy who returned it brought our attention to the black trim on the roof as it was hanging off he said because of the wash??? I told him I wasn't paying the fee as they had damaged my car so he phoned the office, I was told I couldn't leave the airport without paying the fee and to email my complaint, not very happy but had to comply. After paying he handed over the car key which the remote fob was damaged when asked about it he walked away and said email. On leaving the airport with the ticket we had to pay extra to exit because of the time disputing. We have sent numerous emails over 3 weeks and still waiting for their reply 😡😡

I flew from Ireland, called for my car as instructed and waited...... over 2 hours i waited for my car... then they could not take cards and i had to threaten to call the police to get my keys back. I emailed their head office numerous times afterwards and have never had a reply. disgusting treatment. i waited as long for my car as it took to fly from Ireland !!!!
