Ayer 23 de Junio 2025 recogí mi vehículo en la estación de Málaga María Zambrano. El precio que pagué incluía limpieza interior y exterior, pero el coche estaba visiblemente sucio por fuera y completamente sin limpiar por dentro.

Además, entregué 50 € en efectivo al empleado, ya que no se podía pagar con tarjeta (lo cual no es legal), y no me dio ni el recibo a pesar de pedirlo ni el cambio correspondiente.

Estoy muy decepcionada con el servicio recibido. Desde luego, no volveré a contratarlo ni lo recomendaré a nadie.

We waited 2 hours for our car and finally my husband had to go with them to get his car. Many people were in the same position. Do not use this company

He dejado el coche en el aeropuerto de Alicante de martes a viernes tres veces en dos meses durante mayo y junio (1parking son los mismos que okparking, o al menos el personal que entrega/recoge los coches es el mismo). En todas las ocasiones tuve que esperar aparcado irregularmente porque no estaban para recoger el coche a su hora o tuve que pagar el parking de AENA por tener que esperarlos en el parking express. Asimismo, en todas las ocasiones tuve que esperar más de 20 minutos a que me entregaran el coche. Cometieron un error (según ellos) y utilizaron mi coche para ir al aeropuerto un día que no correspondía (lo sé porque tengo pago por matrícula de AENA). En la página web de OK parking no es posible opinar por sus servicios, por eso lo hago por aquí

Dont use them. They are cowboys im disguise. Had my car returned with hard white spots (overspray) all over and had to spend eur300 to have a professional car cleaning company remove it. To date they have not responded to my email complaints or phone calls. Very dissapointed to say the least!

After parking my car, I’m leaving it over the weekend. I picked it up with a damaged wing mirror and broken door with blue paint on the door dents from the columns of the parking garage.

No information was sent to me regarding the accident and I had to drive home that evening in a torrential rain storm with a damaged door and a broken wing mirror. They had attached it on used plastic zip ties.

The company refused to give me the insurance information to pass to my own insurance. They told me to bring my car to Malaga (which is an hour away) to get fixed. Attempt to make it easy for me at all and this was entirely the company’s fault.

The company ghosted my emails (57 in total back and forward with photos etc) over the space of 13 weeks and did not answer calls.They only gave me a courtesy car after the 13th week.

My car was finally “fixed" but not returned on the agreed time. They told me to once again GO AND GET IT FROM MALAGA which I did not. Eventually the it was returned to me STILL WITH ONE PART BROKEN..

The customer service is non existent to the point of being rude and accusatory. This company is the least trustworthy company I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Dejamos el coche el martes 27 y lo recogimos el miércoles 28 de mayo, la recogida el martes temprano en la mañana fué bien, el empleado amable, pero a la vuelta el martes 28 por la tarde, el tren se retrasó; llamamos para avisar que llegaríamos tarde, nos estaba esperando un empleado con malos modales recriminándonos que llevaba tiempo esperándonos y cuando entramos en nuestro vehículo olía fatal, tuvimos que soportar todo el camino hasta Benidorm una peste insoportable, dijo que había lavado el coche pero estaba lleno de marcas en los cristales como de haberle pasado un trapo sucio, nada que ver con la experiencia anterior en la cual escribí que me habían tratado fenomenal y me habían entregado el coche impecable, esta vez fué todo lo contrario

I paid extra to have the car inside- didnt happen. I paid extra to have the car cleaned- didnt happen. The last straw was the guy trying to take an extra 10 euros. I was told €30 upon booking, my receipt clearly said €30 however when I arrived back he said no it was €40. I got €10 euros change from a €50. Only when I kept querying it did I get the money back. It was 00.40am and I was tired and almost couldnt be bothered but €10 theft isnt happening! No apology or even response when I sent a written complaint. Do not trust this company with your car

I received my car severely damaged, the company didn’t accept any responsibility.

Son unos ladrones sin vergüenza, primero tienen en la página que lavan el coche por un precio extra, pero en el contrato en letra pequeña dice que no se hacen responsables si no se lava el coche, y ahí te roban de frente 8 euros.

Pero la verdad eso no es nada, deje en la cajuela unas gafas rayban costosas (150€) y al regreso no estaban, y el colmo es que adicionalmente tenia un billete de 5 euros y una moneda de 50 centavos y hasta eso se robaron.

Llame, no a reclamar, porque en el contrato dice que no responden por ningún objeto, simplemente para informar para que se me había perdido las gafas, al menos para que estén enterados y depuren sus empleados ladrones, pero quien me contestó me habló de forma grosera y que si no tenía fotos no podía decir nada y me colgó.

Un horror. Hace años funcionaba mejor, pero últimamente tardan siglos en traerte el coche. Las 2 últimas veces, más de 45 minutos esperando. La última me dijeron que habían roto la luna trasera, que ya me la cambiarían en algún momento y que me fuese en taxi a casa (o me llevara el coche roto). Cuando pregunté quién iba a pagar ese taxi, me indicaron con muy poca educación que no esperaría que me lo pagaran ellos. Al final no era mi coche (a pesar de que di mi matrícula para que lo comprobaran), sino otro igual al mío que si habían roto (???), pero lo que si hicieron es perderme el llavero con la llave de mi garaje. Ni me ayudaron a buscar ni me hicieron ningún caso. No vuelvo a usar este servicio de parking en mi vida.

I called you at 13:15hrs to say I was 10 minutes away from Alicante train station...you said no problem someone will be with you... I got there at 13:25 and called again, i told you my train was leaving at 14:00hrs... You said that someone was coming to me... I called again at 13:40 and there was no answer... I left at 13:45 to park my car in a underground car park !!! I had to run to make sure i made my train with only 2 minutes to spare....
I actually had a phone call form you at 19:52 this evening from someone asking what I needed !!!
I said is this a joke you are 7 hours late !?!?!

Your service is terrible and I will be posting my email all over social media to warn other people about the terrible service...

Peor parking imposible. Dos horas para traer el coche. Ha venido más sucio que cuando lo deje. No atienden al teléfono. Última vez que dejaré el coche. Si pudiera pondría 0 estrellas

De auto stond niet klaar, we waren geadviseerd om toch te bellen na landing, na 30 minuten nog eens gebeld, de auto kwam pas 40 minuten na landing.

I have used 1 parking for two years, I have ordered indoor parking but they don't have indoor parking facilities....
I have visited their location, send them pictures also with GPS position of my car, they don't respond to emails or phone calls
I have filled a complaint at the EU commission they tried to get in contact with 1 parking for 8 months I have now filled a complaint via Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Alicante next step will be a lawyer

Desastre total. Última vez que usamos este parking. Más de media hora para que cogieran el teléfono para avisar de que ya teníamos las maletas. Después casi otros 15 para recibir el coche. A las 12:30 de la noche después de un largo viaje, con tres niños. El coche, además, estaba sucio. No se os ocurra utilizar sus servicios.

I booked my parking in Málaga with them (8-12 May 2025). Two of the main reasons is because they picked up and dropped the car off at the airport and CLEANING WAS INCLUDED. I was really surprised when they delivered the car that they had NOT cleaned the car at all. I have pictures. the delivery guys just wanted me to leave and kept on saying that the cleaning service was a “courtesy” and that if they didn’t have time they just don’t do it. They insisted that I left several times so I didn’t have to pay the parking….How nice of them…. but never apologised or explained why my car had not been cleaned. One of them told me that he was going to tell the person in the office what had happened. I called the office to let them know too. They kept on saying that the cleaning service was a courtesy and he hung the phone up on me. Could not have WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you book parking with them it clearly shows Cleaning service is included! It doesn’t say it’s a courtesy. I felt completely undermined and deceived. Will never book with them again! I have pictures of my car when they dropped it off and of their web page when they give you the prices and all the services they include!

Muy mala experiencia!! Me dijeron q lavaban el coche x fuera y está más sucio q cndo lo deje. El chico q me dio el coche a la vuelta con la radio a tope de volumen y otro dial distinto a lo gravado en mi coche. Y LO PEOR QUE ME PERDIWRON EL LLAVERO Q ERA UN RECUERDO DE ASTURIAS. UN HORROR Y FALTA DE RESPETO. NUNCA MAS Y ENCIMA CARO 24 E UNA NOCHE UN ROBO.

Es cómodo porque dejas el coche en la misma puerta, y ellos lo recogen y te lo traen de nuevo. Lo que no te dicen, es que si le dan un golpe a tu coche, lo reclamas por teléfono y email, y siempre te dan largas. A mí me han roto el retrovisor, y hasta ahora, 1 mes y medio después sigo sin respuesta.
Si en algún momento se ponen en contacto conmigo lo haré saber.

Terrible service. Not recommended. They didn't have a contract upon pickup. We had to leave the car without papers. We hired a cleaner, but they didn't clean it. When we arrived, the car wasn't ready, and we had to wait 30 minutes. Please don't hire them.

Ha sido lamentable, lo peor experiencia que se puede tener. 45 minutos esperando en la calle esperando con un bebé. Tres llamadas telefónicas. El vehículo, se supone que estaba bajo techo. Ha llegado sucio y con defecaciones de pájaros, y encima el operario me dice que lo barato sale caro. Un vehículo de 60000 €, lo han mal cuidado, me lo han desprogramado, desde luego nunca más.
